"The apartment is lovely, but it was noisy, hot (no fans either!) and the beds were like concrete! It was clean and tidy for the most part but the towels smelled of damp washing so we went out and got our own. I wouldn't recommend it - spend a bit more and go closer into town."

"This hotel boasts an excellent location right by Putney Bridge, making it super convenient to get around. There's a Waitrose supermarket next door and plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is quite new, with a clean and minimalist decor – not luxurious, but very comfortable. I'd give full marks to the service in the ground floor restaurant; the staff were incredibly enthusiastic and accommodating, and the food was plentiful and delicious. My only slight complaint is that the shower stall was a bit narrow. Even for someone who isn't particularly big, turning around felt quite awkward; I'd estimate it's only about 60-70 cm wide. Everything else was perfect, though! I had a wonderful three days here."

"Self check in was a bit strange as we have not experienced that before in Bath however it worked extremely well and as the instructions were emailed it was simple. The room was stunning and huge! We stayed in Room 1 which was on the lower ground floor. The bathroom was lovely with a huge shower and the bath in the room was an unusual but nice surprise. Breakfast is pretty ordered and was absolutely outstanding. The staff were so pleasant and helpful- we will return!"
