What a stunning place to stay. We stayed in one of the hot tub suites, it was just magical. Was surprised how big the balcony was. The view was breathtaking, just stunning countryside at its best. The luxurious spa was also everything you could ask for. To be able to use the outside in late November was a pleasant surprise. The hotel restaurant was also very lovely, our food was so delicious and would highly recommend taking a visit. The cosy lounge with quirky different areas to sit was lovely, with real fire and a beautiful choice of comfortable seats. Rooms came with lovely toiletries, even bubble bath! They have Dyson hairdresser. I loved the little jars of pick and mix in the hallway that is complementary for you can take back to your room. I can’t wait to revisit again soon.

This is a gem of an hotel, not far from Bath centre, easy taxi ride into town. Service and accommodation are 5 star, decor different and really clever. Room we booked last minute was small but beautiful. Breakfast I assume is all local produce and was top class. Nothing to say negative about here, will be back.

The hotel is beautiful, lovely surroundings. We had lunch on the terrace which was great. The spa was amazing - beautiful facilities- however there were young children diving and splashing in the pool which wasn't relaxing! There are signs saying no children in the spa pool but staff didn’t reinforce it. The website says no children under 16 but these children were about 10/11 - Took the relaxing out of the experience and when we bought it up with hotel they said residents children can go in the pools but they don’t make that clear on their website or booking. Based on that i wouldn’t attend the spa again. (Fyi i have children but wasn’t expecting to be splashed by kids after paying £100 each to use the spa!)

From the first call to check all the details to the moment of check out, our stay was 11/10, and we didn’t want to leave. The warm welcome, the excellent customer service and beautiful facilities made this hotel one I would recommend and always return to. We visited here for a birthday trip and the staff could not have made more of a fuss. We had our cockapoo with us and the hotel was super dog friendly and even the dog felt like a VIP guest. The hotel grounds are lovely, the dog agility course is fantastic, we stayed in a suite (room 20) and the it overlooked the spa and was clean and comfy with everything you could need. Our cockapoo had his own little bed and welcome bag with toys and treats. The spa was included in our stay and is open 8am to 8pm, we really enjoyed it. Thank you to all the staff at Homewood for making us feel at home during our stay, however a special thank you to Colin, the lady with dark hair who was there at check in (sorry didn’t get your name) and the breakfast staff. Colin is a gem to this hotel and is always going the extra mile to ensure customers are happy, we cannot wait to come back
