Hotel terbaik di Bath

The staff were really friendly and sweet! The location is good about 10-15mins walk into central town. Our room was well equipped with a dyson hair dryer. The breakfast was also really lovely. The toilet in the room we stayed in was in a little bit of an awkward position or else this would have recieved 5 stars!

The hotel itself is beautiful but is lacking in atmosphere and warmth. There are a few key things missing from the room that would have made our stay more comfortable. There is no tea or coffee facilities in your room which in fairness is mentioned on the website. There is a tea coffee station on the second floor but it is an inconvenience climbing stairs with hot drinks and I had to get dressed in the morning to go and get coffee. There is no iron in the room , the staff did bring one up promptly but I would honestly prefer to just have it there There is also no fridge which I would have liked to keep water cold. I would also suggest putting shampoo in the bathroom instead of hair and body wash. The dispensers even though environmentally friendly are difficult to use. Breakfast has to be booked in advance which I really didn't like as I would prefer a more relaxed morning when on holiday and not be held to a schedule. No breakfast buffet is provided and I think the bed and breakfast package should not have a price cap as there is not that much choice on the menu and it is an extra hassle to think about. Also the free gift which I believe was mentioned when booking did not appear during our stay. Overall there are alot of positives about the hotel and the staff in the breakfast room were very efficient and professional but the extra level of convenience and comfort you expect from a hotel of this level is just not there.

Bathen House is simply phenomenal from the mixture of old and modern aesthetic that screams class, elegance and luxury to the squeaky clean, serene environment and the oh so polite staff that were always available to help and make your stay as comfortable as possible. It was such a remarkable experience and I would definitely go back again. I absolutely loved my stay at Bathen House and I swill always recommend. It was the best Easter Holiday and Experience.

friendly roomate and staff,even if far from center,the facilities is good

Nice clean room, river view, breakfast was full service- eggs, bacon, sausages, baked beans, marmite, section of butter, honey and jams as well as yogurts. No cheese and fresh fruit which would have been nice to have. We have a fan in our room and the weather was delightful. We also enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant which- we ordered pork ribs and chicken Ceasar salad(too good as they char grilled the lettuce). Will definitely come back!

Solo puedo recomendar The Kennard Hotel. Tanto la atención como la calidad del servicio son espectaculares. No es fácil encontrar un alojamiento que reúna todos los requisitos y este alojamiento cubre todas las expectativas con creces. Si vuelvo a Bath ese alojamiento será mi elección. Felicidades por la profesionalidad y la amabilidad del personal que ha sido excelente y han colaborado en una inolvidable experiencia en Bath.

Hospitality was excellent. The staff could not have made us more welcome. Lovely room, the best breakfast we have experienced in a hotel, all home cooked and lots of choice. The Christmas decorations really made the stay very festive and special. Looking forward to staying again next Christmas.

It was great, the reception, the bedroom, the bathroom, and Dani was very kind with us, but there was not breakfast!!
