Hotel and staff were really nice. Clean spacious room. The rooftop bar was a nice area to chill. Restaurants nearby so food is covered.

Was apprehensive after reading the reviews. But this hotel had many pleasant surprises! Inwas greeted with a massive lobby. Space is what this hotel has. Corridors are wide. Rooms are larger than normal. I needed a quiet room to rest after a long week at work. I was allocated a room at the rear of the hotel, come 9pm the karaoke opposite the street started. Oops! But Yuli, who had a great smile from front desk reception was at hand to assist me select another room which was more pleasant and had a garden view. She called me by name the following day as as well! (Maybe coz I forgot my passport, double oops 😅) Breakfast selection was good. Trays were full to feed the many guests. There was a cooking station to literally a fire wok to whip up hot and spicy local noodles in the morning. Nice 😀demonstration. But the chefs can’t make poached eggs which is my travel comfort food. Tried over two days 😔. I selected this hotel because it is one of the few hotels that had a bathtub at a reasonable price. I like to soak myself to relax and unwind. COMPLIMENTARY shuttle to/fro Harbour Bay Terminal (5min). Only found out on check-out. Ms Yuli was again on duty to assist me. And she gracefully walked me to the car. The hotel driver was also full of smiles and he was conversational and made my journey very enjoyable. What great hospitality. In summary, this old dame of a hotel (changed name 4 times) still has grand old charm and is well-maintained for a pleasant stay. Hit a like if you found this useful ☺️

I would said this is more like a Business hotel. Overall is a good experience, there's option on paying the hotel deposit or let the hotel to keep the passports. Breakfast options is good. Have not try the swimming pool and gym facilities. TV is very large, but why the information were in chinese wording.

Saya pergi ke sana dengan jangkaan yang rendah kerana ulasan di tripadvisor. Tetapi saya rasa hotel ini agak bagus secara keseluruhan. Ya, hotel ini agak lama, dan linen mungkin mempunyai kesan kecil, tetapi saya terkejut kerana katil kembar mereka sebenarnya adalah katil bersaiz queen dan katil single. Bilik mereka juga dilengkapi dengan kebanyakan perabot kayu. Satu lagi yang saya sangat suka ialah penghawa dingin, sangat kuat dan sangat sejuk. Kami membungkus diri kami dalam selimut seperti burrito. Mungkin satu perkara kecil yang perlu diberi perhatian ialah walaupun terdapat papan tanda ”dilarang merokok” di lif, masih terdapat pengembara yang merokok secara terbuka di sana. Tetapi selain itu, saya rasa hotel ini secara keseluruhannya okay. Ia juga agak selamat, kerana anda perlu mengimbas kad bilik sebelum memilih tahap yang anda mahu pergi. Terdapat juga Macdonalds berdekatan, hanya perlu menyeberang jalan.

Very nice hotel ! Clean , spacious and very friendly staff ! Indicate that we are here for birthday celebration, our room was nicely decorated when we arrived! During our stay ,Our room was on do not disturb, the hotel staff WhatsApp us to check if we required any amenities! Was very satisfied by its services , will highly recommend it!

The hotel is okay, here is what I feel Advantage- 10-15 mins grab ride to nagoya hill and Grand batam mall - The room is spacious - Check in and check out is fast - Staff is friendly Disadvantage -There is a long wall in the centre of room that block the TV and sofa - Hotel is just facing opp Hospital - Aircon room is Spoilt, no matter which temperature I switch the aircon still can't feel end up I sleeping w/o aircon - Breakfast buffet not much Selection and the food so so
