good service and the breakfast is also nice. hop off the ferry then only walk 2 minutes to the hotel.

Everything was great. The staff were friendly, the location is excellent, and there are many food places and coffee shops nearby. The hotel also has a spa, which was a nice bonus.

Everything was great – the room facilities were excellent and perfect. The service attitude was also very good. The hotel offers massages, but I didn't book one. Breakfast was delicious. It's also very close to the pier, which is a big plus.

Near harbour bay, lot of restaurants. We came down for breakfast 0830, and most of the foods finished.

No hot water when I complain about it to reception they say it's small heater it will take 30mnts to heat up after waiting for 30minuts for hot water only for 1 minute hot water came , really disappointed with this hotel and room was smelling like hell 😞

Best stay with this hotel. But bad experience booked with trip.com. As we arrived for check in there was a problem, receptionist said they dont receive our booking from trip.com. After 15mins later, they found out my booking under *******. They offered me for other room because my room curently full. A bit happy because they offer for 2single beds extra n room upgrade for free. I really love the room. Very spacious. On 2nd day we got our room as we booked before. Anyway i really happy with this hotel. Thankyou.

Good location near to many seafood restaurants. Walking distance to the ferry terminal.

There's some miscommunication on the booking as per booking page is either a big bed or 2 single bed. Upon booking did write the bed preference but was not fulfilled. However try to communicate with the staff and trip.com able to be assigned to 2 single bed room. There's slight leakage of the aircon, contact front desk and get it fixed. Hotel breakfast is not nice. Overall the staff is friendly n helpful, and has good location.

About what you expect for the price point and convenience. Nothing really stood out. Nothing really terrible. A safe choice for solo traveling.

The hotel itself is really nice. Our room for three people was lovely and spacious, and the balcony was huge! The view wasn't great, though, haha. The staff were super friendly, thank you! There are also lots of convenience stores nearby. The only downside is a lack of dining options in the area. Overall, very satisfied!
