Great rooms, very spacious and close to the boulevard. Might be alittle old and not all rooms have a view of the ocean.The breakfast has a wide variety and great service.

This is not a 4, or 5 star hotel. If you like me, like quiet, this hotel is not for you. Very loud outside till 3 in the morning. We had to change rooms. Second room we got was facing the wall. No Russian channels, and only two English channels, mostly news. Breakfast poor. We got to breakfast around 9:30, and food was cold. And I mean cold. No variety, oatmeal, I almost threw up. And I don’t understand why a person who only supposed to carry our bags, was also in charge of our rooms? Every time I had a question at front desk, bell boy was there listening and giving his own comments. I do have to say location was good. I would NOT recommend this hotel. For the money, you can find much better.

. I stayed in two hotels in Batumi, Hilton and Grand Gloria. Upon entering the Hilton hotel and checking in, there was no one to bring our luggage to our room. In the room, there were no toiletries such as toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. There was no coffee, tea, spoon and fork. I have had to request these items multiple times during my stay, I even had to call to refill the coffee and water and replace the dirty cup. This was unlikely for a 5-star hotel. The breakfast area was small and there was usually no place to sit, so they directed you to another place where there were no breakfast facilities. The pool did not have an open area. advantages: Our room was sea view and it was beautiful with a nice balcony Overall, the hotel was clean The bar on the 20th floor had a wonderful view. The location of the hotel was very good They served iced coffee at breakfast time, it was great

My recent experience at JRW Welmond Hotel & ****** in Batumi was nothing short of a nightmare. From the abysmal cleanliness to the inconsiderate staff, I cannot stress enough how I would strongly discourage anyone from choosing this hotel for their stay. I hope this letter reaches you as a sincere attempt to share my terrible experience at your establishment. My intention is not to complain needlessly, but rather to highlight the many shortcomings I encountered during my stay. My decision to stay at your hotel was based on its slightly higher rating, but the reality was a stark contrast. The rating should not be above 2, and this is me being generous. My time at your hotel left such a negative impression that even now, I find it hard to shake off the disappointment. My recommendation to anyone considering a stay at your hotel is unequivocal: NEVER stay here! First and foremost, I must address the issue of your reception staff. Their rudeness and their unwarranted refusal to speak Russian was utterly bewildering. It's essential to remind them that they are employees of your hotel and should conduct themselves accordingly, with respect and professionalism. I was aghast at the condescending attitude I encountered. The state of cleanliness throughout your hotel was deplorable. From the entrance area to the hotel lobby, the sofas, and even the shower room, everything was filthy. The internet connection was unreliable, the shower room leaked, and the mattress in my room had protruding springs. To make matters worse, the curtains were so dusty and dirty that they should not be touched at all. The windows were terribly dirty, obscuring any view. The breakfast offered was well below average, with food quality that left much to be desired. The restaurant staff's loud behavior was disruptive and inconsiderate to the guests trying to enjoy their meals. The pool area was in desperate need of renovation, with equipment and infrastructure visibly falling apart. The room I was given was supposed to have a sea view, but the reality was far from it. Instead, I had a view of some cranes on the embankment, which was far from the serene ocean view I had anticipated. My stay was so disheartening that I decided to check out immediately after breakfast, unwilling to endure another minute at your hotel. I implore you to take my feedback seriously and consider addressing the issues I've raised. I sincerely hope that you can improve the quality of your hotel and provide future guests with a more pleasant and comfortable experience.

The Sky Tower is a 5-star hotel But it really didn't serve as much as two stars. Breakfast and service was very poor,the paint of the room was spilled in several places. The A/C had a problem and it didn’t work, the service said because one of the room in the same floor decrease the temperature less than 20C and the whole system of floor becomes out of service. The smell of toilet was terrible and the toilet fan didn’t work, We had to open the window for the whole time but the funny thing was the hinge of the window was corrupted and we used water bottle to keep it open. The first day, when we arrived we asked for safety box, the hotel sent someone to fix it. When he came to our room to fix it HE ASKED ME TO BRING HIM A CHAIR because he wanted to sit down for 20 seconds. The housekeeping was poor and the staffs are not friendly. The only good thing about this hotel is it's location and view. It was a terrible experience as a five stat hotel.

Lovely hotel, right on the beach and in walking distance of all the sights of Batumi. Excellent amenities. Very relaxing and couldn’t be more helpful- offered my friend and I each a free upgrade. Would stay again!

Our room had a balcony with a nice sea view. The bed is comfy and shower is big. Location is great too.

Excellent location within walking distance of everything, courteous and very helpful and patient staff. Tremendous service team especially at front desk and in the restaurant at breakfast who are indeed hardworking and made the 14 days spent there not only a great experience but presented a sumptuous breakfast buffet that few can equal from twenty types of bread and pastries to fresh honey still on the hive tray that you carve out yourself. I was impressed.

We were there recently in September 2024. It was very bad and messy. We got a room in front of a building that is being built and it was the view. We asked to change at first, they said extra dollars. Poor service. We stayed 4 nights there and the behavior of the receptions were so bad. Also, we requested them for iron thousands of times and did not pay attention till the last days. The outdoor and indoor pools are polluted, you can't see anything when you dive. Diversity of the foods were so poor and outdoor sitting area for breakfast and dinner were so tribble.
