酒店餐飲業也很好吃，這個季節居然能在這裏吃到楊梅，果然雖然漫天黃沙，但是並不荒涼，酒店休閑遊玩項目也很齊全，因為衹住了一晚，很多項目表演我都沒看到很可惜，沒關係下次再來！但是參加了晚上的篝火晚會和星空觀賞，星空講解員講的星空知識點通俗易懂，下次再抬頭看星星，我好像能讀懂漫天星河的浪漫！
遠離城市喧囂，體驗感滿分，不管散心還是度假都超級合適，真心推薦大家來打卡！

禁煙ルームを予約しているのに、エレベーターホールに灰皿があると、こちらが嫌でもそこで煙草を吸う人が出てくるし、吸い殻は当然そこの灰皿に入れられるので、臭くなります。
エレベーターホールの灰皿は撤去されるべきだと思います。
それと、これは他のホテルにもよくある事なのですが、客室内で換気扇のスイッチを入れると部屋の中にタバコのニオイが漂って気持ち悪いです。
恐らく、禁煙ルームと喫煙ルームの換気扇に繋がるダクトが繋がっているのではないかと思います。
すぐには無理かも知れませんが、改装工事の予定があったら、そこの改善もお願いしたいです。
フロントスタッフは、私の困り事にいくつも快く対応してくれて有り難かったです。フロントスタッフには6つ星以上あげたいです。
外のレストランでテイクアウトした料理も温めてめてもらえました(イスラム清真でなければ無理なようです)
朝食は料理の品数も豊富で、日によって違う物も出てきますし、味もいいです。
ランドリールームは、利用者が混み合っているのに、洗濯や乾燥を終わった後長時間取りに来ない人が多く、待っている人が非常に困るので
何か注意書き（洗濯や乾燥した後の衣類は早めに取り出して下さい。待っている人に迷惑がかかります等）をよく見える所に貼ってもらえると有難いです。
トータルでは、また機会があれば宿泊したいホテルです。

Location was good enough. There is a supermarket next door but mostly need to take a car to places. Breakfast was good and room was up to standard.

這次入住銀川智選假日酒店體驗非常棒！前台服務很熱情，還幫我們免費升級到了靠街邊的房間，視野開闊，採光很好。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，住起來很舒適。
酒店位置也很優越，離朗山公園很近，散步過去很方便，周邊環境不錯。
早餐種類豐富，味道也很好，吃得滿意。特別要提的是酒店還有自助洗衣烘乾服務，對於出差或長途旅行的朋友來説實在太方便了，解決了大問題！
整體性價比很高，下次來銀川還會選擇這裏，推薦給大家！

大年初一來銀川旅遊，入住當天前台一位大個子帥哥接待的我們，給我們免費升級了房型，還給小孩子送了早餐，主動讓樓層保潔大姐把小孩牙具和拖鞋送到房間，保潔大姐的服務態度也特別好，還給我們兩個大人提供了蕎麥皮的枕頭，房間衞生很乾凈，床墊非常舒服，果斷住兩天，下次來還會住。

It's almost the 51st holiday, and we're coming to Yinchuan for a trip. It feels really good, and the facilities and equipment in the room are retro style decoration. The apartment is also very comfortable, and I slept well at night. The next day, I had the energy to go out and have fun. There was also a lot of food nearby, which was very good. I will come back often in the future

Great location, close to convenience stores and restaurants and short ride to the city centre tourist sites. Standard Hampton Inn in China set-up - nice room and good breakfast included. Will book again for my next stay in Yinchuan.

Arrived late but the front desk was extremely helpful in settling us. Extra pillows and blankets were provided swiftly to allow us to settle in right away.
The hotel is just a short 7-10mins walk away from the main train station, a perfect stay if you've just arrived or plan to travel by train.

GGuest UserAlthough the hotel is not particularly new, it has complete facilities and the surrounding environment is relatively good and quiet. The heating and air conditioning are sufficient, giving southerners a full sense of security. There are also many types of breakfast, and in order to avoid waste, they are very considerate and cut into small pieces. When breakfast is about to end, they will knock on the door of each room to ask if you have eaten breakfast. The service was very good and enthusiastic. The air conditioner was already on when I checked in. The lady at the front desk also helped to deliver the luggage to the room and explained the precautions very considerately.

**Service:** The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the team was very helpful in providing recommendations for local attractions.
**Rooms:** My room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, featuring modern decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee facilities as well.
**Amenities:** The hotel offers a range of amenities, including a fitness center and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a variety of options to suit different tastes, including local dishes as well as international favorites.

GGuest UserLovely hotel near Wanda Jinfeng mall, surrounded by many pharmacies. The fruit shop downstairs called 小任果 is one of the best fruit chains in Yinchuan with a huge offering of fruits and yoghurt and nuts. We bought these to bring along for our day trips out of Yinchuan. Its nice to stay at Jingfeng district as its quieter than drum tower area.
The lobby has snacks, fruit and drinks all day for guests. Coffee was super !
We used the complimentary washer dryer which is a fabulous amenity.
We appreciated the free pickup at the airport which we arranged 1 day prior by telephone booking from Shanghai. The reception and the breakfast counter staff were all very friendly and helpful.
The toiletries were all upmarket
If there is any con - its the plump cleaning lady at the 3rd floor. She appeared unhappy when we asked her to top up the bath wash when it was low and she forgot to top up. She just handed us a bottle to install ourselves. She also didnt wipe the control panel for the room unlike her colleague who does it when she is on duty so we can see our finger prints still on the glass after housekeeping.
Small issue though. Cos everything else about the hotel was great

GGuest UserIt's worthy of being called Xipo. The service and the room are so good.
Taking advantage of the off-peak season, I came alone to experience the Yellow River Homestay. Each homestay has a different decoration style. I chose Xipo on the recommendation of my friend and was very satisfied. The facilities and services corresponding to this price are really worth it. The price of two nights in the off-season is equivalent to the price of a normal night. The hair dryer is Dyson, and the toiletries are all from the laboratory. There are also beer + drinks in the mini bar, freshly ground coffee, and freshly made bread (forgot to take a picture). The sea salt rolls are super delicious, and the scones are also good, not sweet at all, which suits my taste.
The whole homestay is very quiet, close to the Yellow River, and there are trails. If there are many people at night, you can drink, eat barbecue and watch the stars by the Yellow River.
The service of private butler Xiaoying is really excellent. She will contact the guests about three days before you check in and help arrange some matters, such as car pick-up, introduction of food, drink and entertainment nearby, food, drink and entertainment in Zhongwei, and travel photography needs. She will also recommend it. After check-in, she will also take meticulous care of the guests. She deserves 100 points. Such a niche place is highly recommended for family and couple travel. If you go to Zhongwei, you must stay at Huanghe Suji to experience the local traditional customs.

The hotel is new, with facilities from top-tier brands.
It's clean and the towels are soft.
The location is very close to the Drum Tower, with convenient shopping and dining options nearby.
The service is very warm and welcoming. From the parking attendant to the young man greeting guests, everyone is proactive and responsive. We arrived early, and they even upgraded our room. Xiao Tian at the front desk also gave us a small gift when we left. The breakfast included fresh goji berries, which was a nice touch.
I suggest separating smoking and non-smoking floors in the future, and the restaurant should be non-smoking.

The room was very comfortable and well-maintained throughout our visit . A special highlight was the breakfast—it was very varied and changed every day, which was a real treat during such a long stay.
Every team member we encountered was friendly and helpful. We’d like to extend my particular thanks to:

· The Housekeeping and Cleaning staff for keeping everything impeccably clean.

GGuest UserThe Chateau de Chateau de Chadolan is my favorite hotel on this trip to Ningxia! The entire hotel is surrounded by vineyards, and the Helan Mountains are majestic in the distance. It was so beautiful to watch the sunset at dinner in the restaurant👍. The room is warm and comfortable, with seats on the balcony. You can watch the stars at night and overlook the Helan Mountains in the morning. The winery brews its own wine, and the little sister takes the tour and explains, so that the little students can gain knowledge. The little housekeeper Guo Guo is thoughtful and caring, and the arrangements are very in place! Breakfast is booked in advance, there are many options, and it tastes very good. Dinner was booked with the little housekeeper one day in advance. The ingredients are fresh, taste good, and the quantity is sufficient. The dining environment is great! The nights here are very quiet. Our family sits on the balcony and enjoys this cool and comfortable night. It's so comfortable. I love this hotel👍
