Hotel 4-Star di Ningxia, China

The luckiest thing about this trip is that I chose this hotel! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the staff member Wang Yanxia was warm and considerate. She quickly checked me in and recommended nearby delicacies. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. The breakfast was rich and varied. The location is also great, and it is convenient for travel. I highly recommend it!

Due to a flight delay, I arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the 27th. The young lady at the front desk was incredibly welcoming, making me feel like I was ”coming home” to an old friend. Perhaps this is the charm of the hotel industry. During the day on the 27th, I also received a warm welcome from the male front desk staff, who recommended local restaurants and introduced me to Yinchuan. Their enthusiasm for the city left a deep impression on me, and I will definitely come back to Yinchuan to further explore this shining pearl at the foot of the Helan Mountains.

Overall, it was okay. We had a small issue on the first day, which left a bad first impression, but the hotel staff handled it very proactively, so we can move past that. However, the hotel's facilities really need an upgrade. Not only is there no master switch for the lights, but it's also miles away from the bedside, so you have to get out of bed to turn them on and off. The showerhead was also heavily clogged with limescale. On the bright side, the bedding was comfortable, and we slept well. Breakfast was lavish, definitely worth waking up for. The last photo perfectly reflects the hotel's attitude.

The hotel is in a good location, convenient for traveling to Yinchuan's main attractions. There is parking, the room is large and well-equipped, but there is no small refrigerator, which is a pity. The breakfast is popular and has everything you need.

We booked twin bed rooms - rooms were big and well designed with proper areas for our luggages and charging phones and eating place at sofa. The mini fridge has free drinks. We loved the ease of doing laundry. Breakfast esp the doubua was very good. So was the coffee. Within walking distance to the bell tower shopping district. If there is a grouse, one of our rooms near the lift was noisy from guests passing by talking loudly and it was dustier. Other room far end of lobby was ok.

Really great stay. Can host foreigners. Super clean, very friendly and helpful staff, loved having the free self serve laundry which was clean and easy to use and provided soap power as well Breakfast was great. Had read other reviews and wasn't sure what to expect. Someone commented about the lack of western food - not sure why you would travel to China and want/expect that!? Yes, a very Chinese breakfast which we enjoyed, a good selection and filled us for the day. Room was well stocked (but no coffee if you can't live without bring your own). Would definitely stay again if we came back.

Very satisfied. This is my first time staying at Hampton by Hilton. The hotel is positioned as a mid-to-high-end chain business hotel. The price is relatively favorable. It is still slightly luxurious in the same level. After all, it has authentic pedigree. The food is super good, with many varieties and a full range. The freshly made beef noodles taste very good. The front desk staff is very responsible and helped me pack the trekking poles I wanted to check in. At the same time, I would like to thank the front desk lady surnamed Li for upgrading my room for free. The room service staff also found my hat. Thank you very much.

It was my first time staying at this hotel. The name sounded impressive, so I decided to check it out, hoping to see if I'd opened a box. I was pleasantly surprised: the room was exquisite and cozy, with smart amenities throughout, impeccably clean, branded bedding, and a large bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak. The breakfast was hearty and featured Ningxia specialties. The service was warm and attentive. I browsed the gym, self-service laundry, and luxurious conference rooms, all very popular. Parking was also convenient, and the price was excellent value. I'll definitely be back.

The hotel is new and modern. Excellent location. Walking distance to the Yinchuan railway station, bus terminal and bus rapid transit stop. The room is very clean. Excellent room service. The service people are very polite, courteous and helpful. From the window, an excellent view of the railway station and the surroundings. The hotel breakfast is simply superb. This hotel is highly recommended. A very special thank to the manager and his assistants for making our stay so comfortable.
