We forgot a headphone at the lobby, and they reject helping us to get them back.
Very unhelpful staff.

Shower had mold, Water would leak out of shower into bedroom. Bed size were supposed to be either 1 king or two queen, we received two full size beds which were very uncomfortable. The Safe did not work.
The room Cabinets wouldn’t open. The outlets for the room didn’t work.
The Blow dryer blew very little air and it was cold.
A/c didn’t work first night. The room had no extra blankets. The TV remote didn’t work.
The most most import was the phone in room didn’t work, we had an emergency with our son and had to walk very far to try to get a hold of someone.

I booked the family room because it had more square footage. They said this was the lowest of their five levels of rooms. The phone did not work in the room and light fixtures in the room looked like they were trying to escape the wall. The property is nice overall and staff is nice overall. The beach area is very big and had plenty of seating already set up for use. The food was below average compared to other all inclusives I've been to, but I only visited the main buffet.

So much to do on the property, no matter what time of the day/night there are several activities going on. We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be returning to a Riu property again! The only downfall of this resort was that you are on the Atlantic rather than the Caribbean, so the water is very rough and not what you expect at first sight..however the beach is beautiful.

The property was very nice, I actually loved it there except once 10pm hit you’re pretty much starved until tomorrow. You better be the type to take it down early or else you’ll be in for a long night. That part didn’t make any sense to me, they’ll serve you drinks all night long, but the food stops at 10.
