Comfort Suites Rapid River Lodge

The staff were very friendly. The onmy complaint would be that if you are spending money to stay at the hotel everyone spending the night ahould get waterpark passes bot just up to 4 then pay extra for the rest. Most people stay at this hotel to use the water park.

Great place for younger to pre-teen kid age I'd say depending on child. Have a great toddler area. Indoor/Outdoor hot tub was the biggest hit of course! No issues at all.

We love the water park, it has the perfect amount of little kids things but also enough to keep older kids happy and entertained as well!

Make sure you check what amenities are open before you book. Staff unwilling to help and compromise.

I really enjoyed this hotel. I will be coming back, they accommodated when we first got there for conjoined rooms and needing extra supplies with all of the children that i have. Super friendly and i would recommend this place.

Great waterpark for small kids. Everything very clean. Water temperature was warm. Nice staff. Smaller place and not too crowded which was nice. Loved our stay and would come back.

I had read several negative reviews regarding high chlorine in waterpark, but have to say it was perfect for a grandma, mom, two 10 year olds and two 15 year old girls. The waterpark is smaller with 2 waterslides, lazy river, separate pool area for very young children. I'd say perfect ages would be infant to 12 though the 15 year olds had a great time too! My favorite part was the outdoor hot tub and the younger girls especially liked the waterslides. It had arcade, workout room, concessions, breakfast in the morning and our room was perfect and very clean. Staff couldn't have been any nicer. Thank you! We will return!

Breakfast area was family friendly so kids can help themselves. Good choices for breakfast and the dining room was nice. Waterpark was fun for small children

From the minute we walked in, the front desk lady was rude to not only us but the new girl behind the desk as well. There was a little bit of miscommunication on the room and the girl needed help just for her to be yelled at and barely helped so we had to stand there checking in for nearly 20 minutes. We then went and checked out the water park and for the price we paid there should have been way more tubes out to go down the slide/lazy river. The pool attendants were not doing their job, instead decided they were going to stand behind the counter and talk about what shoes they had on their feet. Every person we had swimming had on bands but they still insisted on kicking out the two people we had with that were fully clothed, watching the one year old baby, clearly not about to swim anytime soon. As well as the water park not being worth it, there were no towels. And the staff told us they couldn’t grab any just for us to walk around the counter and there was a whole stack of them. They couldn’t just go grab them? Especially knowing the water park was closing and multiple people would need towels. Work on hiring better staff that actually know how to treat your guests, especially for the price you charge.
