Segala-galanya indah hanya perkara kecil yang boleh diubah ialah mempunyai kerepek dan bukan kerepek dengan sandwic untuk perkhidmatan bilik pada awal petang. Bar jus tidak lagi dibuka di spa yang akan menjadi indah dan kakitangan bar hari kelihatan kurang riang daripada petang. Tetapi kami semua sangat membantu pasti akan membalas terima kasih

This place is perfect and convienient for business stay. Room is very clean, cosy and internet quick enough for any teleconference meeting.Indoor desingn is very elegant.

Nice hotel with clean modern rooms, and conveniently located near the restaurants of Beaconsfield.

We have stayed here before and enjoyed it both times. Staff very accommodating, facilities great and bar was lovely with live music.

We were welcomed nicely, impressed by our large room and nice bathroom. The shower head was clogged up so it took ages to wash my hair. Getting into bed, I noticed 2 red stains on the bed sheet. I called reception, concierge & housekeeping but no answer. Hubby had to go down to main desk to report the dirty sheet. Receptionist quickly gave us a new room as they couldn’t change the sheets beauties no housekeepers on shift. We had to pack our bags and move down 2 floors to another room. I couldn’t believe it but on the new bed the sheet was ripped!! Tried to call again to report it but no answer and by this stage it was 11pm so we went to sleep. Bed quite hard and pillows also hard. Nice quiet room though and the widows open which is lovely for fresh air. Breakfast- no bowls so I had to ask. No decaf drinks so I had to ask. The dining furniture is grubby and tatty, both sides of our banquet were ripped and held together with tape. Check out- lovely apologgetic receptionist but her computer was locked (for over 2 hours) no manager around so she couldn’t access our account. Poor girl was unable to deal with the issues but she was apologetic. She promised to raise our issues with management and call us, however she hasn’t yet and it’s now the end of the day. We are disappointed sadly. On another note, I have called the hotel several times today and the phone hasn’t been answered once! The room was at cheap and we expected higher standards of cleanliness.

Service was poor within the restaurant area for breakfast and the air conditioning kept switching back to hot during the night. There was a noise coming from outside that was a humming noise that also disturbed the.night

Room was good in terms of cleanness. spa services were good however room service was very poor. Reception don’t always answer the phone. Asked for tea and got coffee instead and when I mentioned to the lady that I asked for tea she made a dirty face. Later I asked for milk which never arrived. The room had some road noise entering due to the windows being single glazed.
