Hotel berhampiran Kelsey Park, Beckenham

The floor carpet found to be torn out and the shower water would spilling out thus water ponding all over the floor inside the toilet! Rectification works is required! The single bed size Is to small even for Asian people!

The hotel is located near Earl's Court underground just 2 min walking distance. There are lots of restaurants and shopping area around. Easy access to the other parts of greater London. The rooms are cosy and comfortable although size little smaller than usual.The hotel environment is neat and clean. The hotel provides a good breakfast.

This is a very nice hotel, in a prime location. As I was visiting for a stint in the National Archives in Kew, it was ideally placed for me between That and the super busy inner city. The rooms are small but comfortable. The whole place is squeeky clean, which was more important for me than size - I did not plan to be in the room other than for sleeping. The area is teeming with nice cafés tto grab breakfast, which I usually prefer anyway to eating at the hotel. The rooms could do well with a small fridge, even though I am not a minibar user. The staff are super nice and helpful, I really felt welcome.

Helpful and friendly staff. Great interaction with Stefano. Location ok, but no shops within walking distance; car needed! Breakfast Buffet varied. Attractive surroundings. Lovely room. The only negative was the shower/bath tub. The shower head was too close to the back wall and if you moved close to it, you were apt to stand on the drain plug which would then close and the tub would fill up. You would need to remove the stopper, but then you would be standing in the hole. The tub was high, which made it a challenge to step into. For convenience, it’s necessary to remove the shower-head and use it as a hand shower.

To whom it may concern I wish to complain about my experience with the Canary Wharf point A hotel on the 24th of March. I was very disappointed with the service and lack of professionalism members of staff showed me and my friends during our short time at the hotel. Firstly, we got told to turn the music down which I totally understand and respected, after turning the music right down we get another knock on the door and once again it was security and a female member of staff claiming we were doing drugs and smoking (which really upset and offended me as I have recently lost a close friend to drug use). I offered them to come and search the room to prove we had no drugs and weren’t smoking but they were having none of it and told us we had to leave. To make it even worse they also made my other two friends leave who were in a totally separate room with no reason or evidence of this supposed drug use and smoking. I tried explaining that we have travelled from Sunderland and would be stranded with no where to stay but I was ignored and told to leave. Before we left the same female member of staff told us the manager has told them to make us leave she then gave us a card with a number to get hold of the manager which we rung immediately after leaving. If our experience with the hotel and service wasn’t bad enough, we then get told on the phone there’s no manager in the building which makes me believe the manager never told anyone to kick us out. In total we spent around 2 hours in the hotel and when I asked about getting a refund I got totally blanked and ignored. I have also emailed Canary Wharf point A hotel to express my disappointment with how we were treated but have not received a reply at this moment. I will attach booking confirmation down below, if you need anything else please let me know I would really like to resolve this situation. Thank you Logan Clive

We planned on staying for 2 nights, driving to Lexington, finding another hotel for a night and then going back home, but we loved this one so much we opted to stay another night here! Easily the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had. Everything was cooked fresh and tasted great! Everywhere we walked was clean and the staff was always a joy to speak to. Our room felt absolutely huge and our shower was amazing. A huge walk in shower, great water pressure and temp, and super clean! When we come back to corydon we’ll definitely be staying in this Holiday Inn!

Worth to book a stay on this accommodation. Very proximal to the train station and cheap for a night stay. 30-45 mins away from central london. The room arrangement is very authentic and cozy with complete amenities needed. I haven’t tried their in-house menus since I am on a budget but over-all I am satisfied. Might book another night soon if I will go back to London. Cheers!

The staff and the service: totally incredible. The food was average at best, and there weren't many amenities, but it was located very close to 2 train lines which was extremely convenient. If you aren't planning to spend much time in your room, it's a great staging area for heading into London, going to and from the airport, or getting anywhere you need to. Priced right, especially for what you're getting. I would recommend it to friends and I would stay there again myself.
