房間很有特色，非常漂亮。
院子也很大，很好看，邊上就是海，陽台下面是香蕉林。還提供接送服務，也可以在這吃早飯。老闆是個靦腆帥哥，人挺好的，有一貓一狗，院子佈置也很細心。
他還和我們説晚上可能有熒光海，可惜船票要提前兩小時才能

服務很好，管家提前打來電話問船票時間和人數幫我們安排了碼頭接送，還是免費的，民宿離碼頭還有暮崖石螺口藍橋都好近，離海邊兩三百米，出入也方便，我們來的時候院子裏巨大的三角梅開的超級美，管家還幫我調換了開窗就能看到花的房間，幫我們提行李，帶我們去租車，介紹我們玩了海上項目套餐巨划算，200多塊錢玩了一整天十幾個項目，這趟行程太開心啦，沒有遇到坑，風景好看住的也安靜遇到的人也好好，還會再來的！下次還住這家！

Good stay in a very spacious room. Staff was attentive and accommodating. Bed was comfortable.
The food was too salty for us, even when we asked the chef to hold/limit the salt.
Having a pool onsite was nice.
The scooters seemed low on battery compared to other scooters from neighboring hotels or rental places. I would recommend switching the batteries.

1.裝修很精緻，設備設施也很不錯，但是衞生狀況可以再提高一些。（房間裏面沒有洗澡的膠鞋，這個是一個明顯的配備的缺失；酒店電話有，沒有號碼説明書，電話機也沒有一鍵撥打，導致根本不知道前台、客服、餐廳……各部門的內線號；沒有小茶几，用時有些不方便；電視很不好，遙控板按不動，調台似乎又都要會員，）
2.聯繫得上人員的服務，服務人員態度還是不錯的，熱情；問題是有的情況就是反應了，依然沒有回覆，或者反應非常遲鈍（我們早走早餐的問題其實是沒有解決的，酒店的增值服務偏差）；感覺前台客服後勤人員的標準培訓那還是不夠的，或者説人員不充足造成的總體遲滯（大多數的應答不及時）。
3.酒店介紹租賃電動車給我們的是第三方的，感覺酒店方沒有進行嚴格把關，造成我們租賃的電動車有一輛就有些破爛。

酒店真是超預期了。這次來潿洲島住了兩天，第一天住在石螺島的民宿，第二天又定的凡爾賽。頭天晚上和酒店聯繫了可以第二天到民宿來接。然後就加了微信，訂好了時間，第二天管家阿傑準時來接了。不得不説阿傑服務真好，幫我們協調，升級了房間，説是不滿意可以換。當他打開房門那一刻，被震撼了，我心裏想就是它了。房間超級大，非常乾淨，兩扇明亮的大玻璃窗直對大海，大海近在咫尺，躺床上就能看到大海。酒店就能租電動車，離教堂，藍橋很近，沙灘過去就是海島咖啡，超級出片。酒店推薦的旅拍也很好，小夥子拍的不錯，沒忍住選了好多張。第二天還給送到碼頭，雖然離碼頭很近。很舒心的一次入住，以後有機會到潿洲島還會住凡爾賽的，再次感謝阿傑。

The hotel is neatly nested within a friendly neighborhood situated within walking distance from shops, restaurants, the main ***** that leads to the sea-view promenade, and two beach entrances. The interior is very stylish, modern, and well-maintained (unlike other international hotels in the area). The swimming pool has a waterfall which is heated and even a see-through canoe (fun!). Everything is clean and staff is extremely helpful. Rooms are spacious, technologically equipped, and absolutely beautiful. Guests have access to the terrace, where, apart from the beautiful view, a washing-drier combo machine is available for guests to use free of charge. Breakfast did not have much variety (only two meals which are switched every day), however it is delicious and when we provided the suggestion for more variety on the second last day of our 9-day stay, the manager ordered some local delicacies for our following breakfast to be delivered especially for us.
Walking around the neighborhood, we shivered at the thought that we could have ended up staying in any of the other hotels in the area, which do not even remotely compare to this one. My partner was absolutely delighted and proud of my taste in the matter.

PPengguna TetamuGet this hotel!!! We were supposed to stay for a night and then decide what to do - we ended up staying 3 nights and were very sad to leave.
Every so often when you travel your hotel experience significantly improved your holiday - this was one of those cases! First of all the basics, we were looking for a nice family friendly hotel walking distance from the beach - and this certainly fit that category. The rooms are fine, you could see the sea from the windows, comfortable beds, pretty clean, slippers, plenty of towels, wifi everywhere etc. There was also a small playground for small kids and hammocks (picture) etc which was cool, we also saw mahjong tables, but didn't have the time to play.
The hotel is located near a fairly large field, filled with exotic birds, butterflies and crickets etc. There were also geckos everywhere (love them), but we didn't see any inside the room. There were some mosquitos outside on the terrace (don't love them), but the repellent took care of those and we didn't have any in our rooms. Felt like you were near nature, in a good way.
The kids loved to play on the beach, it's great for sand castles (the hotel had buckets and shovels free of charge) and searching for crabs, fish, shells, sea snails etc... The moms loved it too, especially to walk around and explore during low tide. (the hotel also provided equipment to catch crabs and other sea creatures etc if you wanted to - they also had a service to cook them for you) We especially enjoyed playing under a nearby pier during low tide to avoid getting badly sunburned.
The supermarket across the street sell dozens of single malt whiskys and beer from all over the world (they also have ice cream and other stuff) - and the dads recommend the roof terrace for that after the kids are asleep. (picture)
If you know how to ride a scooter/ebike they rent them across the road too, and it's the best way to explore the island. The small roads (almost devoid of cars) were awesome to drive on, just remember to stay safe.
I don't usually care much about breakfast, but the included breakfast was great! (picture) The kitchen staff was also super laid-back about the whole thing - this whole hotel radiated a very laid back tropical island feel that made you forget you were in China.
However the reason I write this review is because of the owner. (last picture) (I'm not sure if he speaks English though, but I'm sure you'll manage) Super chill guy! Immediately after booking he contacted us to arrange the transport from the boat. He helped us buy tickets for the trip back. He was willing to come and pick us up at any time if we got lost on the island. He had great recommendations about basically everything, and whenever we made plans we were sure to ask for his advice. He was basically always reachable over wechat too.
These are just some of the things that he didn't have to provide, but did (or offered): unlimited cold drinking water, ice, proper glasses, a coffee grinder, buckets, shovels, hats, umbrellas, sunscreen, aloe vera plants, flashlights, mosquito repellent etc etc and it feels like we only scratched the surface. It feels like whenever I asked him for something he always had a solution that exceeded my expectations. Great host!
I've traveled to almost 100 countries and while this wasn't the fanciest hotel I've stayed in by any means, this was one of the most memorable hotel experiences I've ever had. If anyone I know plans to visit this island I will for sure recommend this place.

IIsland Girl AngeleneOh my goodness!!!!!! We had an amazing time here! We went to celebrate out 9th wedding anniversary and I'm glad we chose this place. Upon arrival to the island, our host sent a driver to collect us at the port, and take us to our destination (free of charge). When we got to the villa, I was pleased with the warm greeting we received and the overall surroundings. The place was clean, tranquil and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised when we were gifted a cake and drinks from our host. However, I was totally blown away wjen I saw our room! The view was everything! When we stepped out onto our private balcony, we had the best view of the beach and surrounding areas. Additionally, I must say that it was a priceless experience to witness the sunrise and high tide from that angle.
The chef was unable to be there because of personal reasons, but our host made sure that we were well taken care of, regarding other dining options on the island and he even recommended a driver to take us to good food joints. The driver turned out to be our chaperone for the entirety of our stay.😂 Breakfast was great and we enjoyed the company of the resident dog (which looks fierce, but is actually very friendly).❤️
Thanks to the caring nature of our hosts, our trip to the island was excellent and my only regret it that we didn't book to stay longer! 😭 Now that I have had this experience, I look forward to coming back to Weizhou Island, and staying at this villa. It was well worth the price!!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

RRyan1985I didn’t hate this hotel by any means but there were quite a few things that kept me from loving it. First, before we even get to the hotel we should start with beihai itself. I would say there’s no real reason for anyone to visit this place. There’s some good food for sure but it’s a boring, hot, and generally tourist-packed place. IF you do decide you need to visit beihai for whatever reason though I suppose this hotel is fine but there are some things to be aware of. First is that said tourists will be there. They’re super loud, inconsiderate, gawk at foreigners as if you’re from another planet, and just generally unpleasant (even lounging around and smoking in the non-smoking lobby). Next is the pool- photos make it look gorgeous but it’s very shallow, maybe 3 feet, and the view from the pool is a concrete parking lot (doesn’t show that in any of the photos). So basically not a place most people would hang out or swim. My room also felt dusty/musty. Positives- the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

There is a small beach downstairs from the hotel and the old street is around 15 minutes walk away. However, there aren't that many restaurants close to the hotel. Breakfast was great as we're the gym and swimming pool.
Big thankyou to Lincoln who really went out of his way to help on my stay and even assisted in booking tickets.

IIsland Girl AngeleneI extended my stay here because my flight back home was canceled. The entire process was hassle-free and in addition to that, I was gifted a christmas card from the hotel staff.
House keeping came every three days because most workers we sick due to covid and the botel was short staffed. However, supplies like water, soap, etc were alaways available in a self service area for guests on the resident floors and if one needed extra assistance, someone was always availato offer assistance.
My overall stay was wonderful and I hope to return soon!

PPengguna TetamuWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our trip to Weizhou. We got upgraded to beautiful room with a bathtub.
Trees surround the hotel and there is a lovely courtyard to relax and lounge around.
The location is very convenient and a mere five minutes walk from Shell beach. We rented scooters from the hotel and enjoyed a simple breakfast each morning. I would recommend to bring some coffee along for the die hard coffee drinkers like myself. The front office manager, ”Ping” went above and beyond to tend to our every need and requests. She helped us to get ferry tickets (I am talking about endless messages back and forth to confirm), recommendated sports to dine at, made our booking to go diving, arranged a driver to come fetch us at the port and even checked up on us whether we arrived safe back in Shanghai. She definitely made our stay there a memorable one! We will be back!

KKaellyExcellent place! Right by the beach, which is enclosed by two cliffs, creating a quasi-private beach that you can go anytime. The pool is beautiful at night, though it was too cold to dip in December.
They offer free pick-up and send-off service. Transportation on Weizhou Island depends a lot on e-bikes, which you can rent for 60 RMB/day! Inclusive breakfast is plentiful and receptionist is always helpful! She spent an hour teaching us how to ride an e-bike. Five star to her!

QQingxishanshuijianzhizaiyuntianwai旅行經常選擇住喜來登酒店，這次到北海住喜來登酒店一如既往地非常滿意。我最關注的酒店設施是淋浴間，熱水很好噴頭好用，衞生很好，床品浴巾用起來都很舒適。前台服務很熱情，尤其要為給房間送水的小機器人點一個大大的贊👍。小機器人來得很快，説話貼心、有趣，值得點贊。北海喜來登酒店前面的沙灘景色很美，夕陽下拍照非常漂亮。很滿意的住宿體驗，下次來北海還會選擇喜來登酒店。

PPengguna Tetamu公寓房間正對大海，標準的海景房。在陽台上聞着海風，聽着海浪，品茗小憩，休閑自在，感覺好好！屋子乾淨利落，礦泉水紙巾都有備，可以邊看海邊泡澡，臟衣服扔洗衣機。公寓對面租車打車，吃飯都比較方便，門口還有一堆小商販賣小吃和水果。來這裏必須吃吃本地的沙糖桔和椰子，雖然和家裡的價格差不多，甚至還貴😂。途逸客服小哥好熱情，幫推薦旅遊景點，全程溝通順暢，感謝！
