Hotel berhampiran 751 Art District, Beijing

Pros - convenient location right beside metro station and shopping mall. Line 10 goes to many tourist sites either direct or with just 1 change. Strong WiFi (but blocked by company security app for those using Ms outlook). Strong hot shower pressure. Clean room with no smoking stench. Cons - in Oct room air con can only be set at 25 degrees lowest level so room feels a bit warm at times. Toilet seat no bidet (common in Shanghai). Personally don't like bed pushed against the window. Windows is very near to opposite block so have to remained closed at all times else or no privacy.

The room we rented was unexpectedly spacious. It has 2 big bedrooms, 1 living room, pantry, 2 baths and 3 toilets. Beds are comfortable and they changed towels everyday. They also provide a lot of tissue in the rooms which is a big plus when travelling in China, as tissue seems to be quite a rarity. Although there is a small pantry for usage, but they do not provide any cutleries or plates. We had to request for some at the reception. Overall, it was an excellent and comfortable stay and I will definitely stay here if I visit Beijing again. However, there is one confusion though, although we booked under Bai Fu Yi hotel, but the room is not a hotel it is actually situation adjacent to a service apartment name D Rita apartments. Hence, after check in we couldn't take the lift at the hotel even though we tried to swipe our key card at the elevator. So, we went back to reception and the staff brought us to another building which is connected with the hotel to take the lift there and it is the D Rita apartment lift. It would be nice if the website clarify this during booking as to set the right expectations. Luckily, the service apartment room turned out to be great and we really enjoyed the stay.

The hotel is great, conveniently located close to the subway that leaves you at Forbidden City in 15-20 minutes. The staff is super friendly, always smiling ready to help you with your luggage or questions. Breakfast has a good variety of western and Chinese food, also omelette cooking. Highly recommended! We stayed during the China-Africa forum 2024 and despite high occupancy of top level politicians, they were all very attentive with us! Don’t miss to swim in the pool!

The lady working in the lobby was kind and helpful. She brought our things up and placed them into our room when we left our bags in the lobby as we arrived a lot earlier than the check-in time. She was also very helpful to the questions we had. Furthermore, the hotel is clean and tidy. They also sent up room slippers and extra things using a robot. The location is also great as it is tucked at the corner of a walking street and you can see locals playing badminton, basketball and dancing nearby around dinner time. I highly recommend this place!

My recent stay at the Beijing Tiananmenwangfujing Manxin Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The convenient access to the metro station also made it easy to venture further afield. Comfort and Convenience: My room was a haven of comfort and style. The spacious layout, plush bedding, and modern amenities provided everything I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the complimentary bottled water and the well-stocked tea and coffee station. Exceptional Service: What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional staff. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. I must specifically commend their honesty and efficiency. After I accidentally left a necklace in my room, they promptly contacted me and arranged for its safe return. This act of kindness truly exemplified their commitment to guest satisfaction. Beyond Expectations: The Manxin Hotel Wangfujing exceeded my expectations in every way. It's a perfect blend of modern comfort, traditional charm, and outstanding service. Whether you're visiting Beijing for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience.

Everything in regards to our stay at the Grand Hyatt was 6* except for the WiFi which wasn't of international standards. Location was spot on a central network linked to the mall with major big brands Which is linked to the 1st class train system. It's also 30mins walk to the Forbidden city. And the gym 🏋️♀️ and Pool and Spa was simply immaculate and luxurious first class with a heated pool oasis. Wished I could have spent more time enjoying the facilities. And what complimented well to the global luxurious brand was it's staff members! I have to call out the exceptional 2 departments Conceige and Housekeeping which was truly above and beyond!!! Daniel -assisted with restaurant bookings and forbidden City tickets reservations. And when he was off duty he still wechat me to suggest how to maximise the use of our tickets and best way to maximise time to visit Tianamen Square too and tips too on best way all this while he was off duty! Such dedication!!! Another staff whom I like to recognise is Cecila also from Conceige. When asked for directions on day 1, she didn't just verbalise, she left her station and ushered us all the way outside and showed us the right way around to our breakfast destination. On day 2, which is also check out day, she realised its J birthday and made arrangments for not 1 but 2 bakes so that our dearest friends could enjoy together too. She also kept in touch on wechat to organise all our logistical arrangments several times. Each time with a 😃 smile. Outstanding! Housekeeping lady for rooms 1221 and 1220 was simple though and detailed and went above and beyond too. So much personal touch to all that she did which most would never bother! Good job!! And best of all, she didn't expect anything in return. Absolutely admirable! Unsung hero! Check in staff Allan was pleasant and swift with our late check in and made our final day breakfast logistics seamless. Thank you and thanks for responding efficiently on wechat too. Con- WiFi sucks badly.....surprised that a 5* global brand couldn't keep u to. Chengdu 4* service Residence. So frustrating for global travellers like ourselves. A very central located hotel right in the heart of Beijing and Tiananmen Square and within a few minutes walk from the vast majority of tourist attractions. The only complaint I have is the limited wifi connection in the hotel and room and asking for guests to login everytime even when in the hotel room or rooftop bar or hotel lobby

The hotel location is fantastic, which can access most of the tourist spots within the metro. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The only stepback is that the hotel decoration is tired and the laundry machine service is expensive. They are charging you differently based on the consuming time! You can reach the hotel by line 2 & 5 and exit H to reach the hotel.

Air-conditioning is the first reason we picked this hotel! We heard and read a lot of reviews mentioning that many hotels in Beijing and Shanghai haven't normally operated the cooling air-conditioning at night (or maybe during the daytime as well) even some day it's over 25c. (Only fan provided upon request at some hotel.) Another reason is that the hotel just did the big renovation, so guestrooms with bigger room size and without carpet couldn't be better! :D However, the room we got upgraded is a Deluxe room on the 1st floor where is connected to hotel lobby, guest toilet, and main entrance for all guests to pass by. Also, it's connected to an outdoor garden including smoking area. Even the request for a non-smoking room placed but couldn't help at this stage. Location: 4.5 (3-5mins from Ciqikou station cross the street or 5-8mins to Chongwenmen station) *For main entrance, pls notice the building wrapped with orange sticker. Room: 4.5 (Spacious, smart room with new modern design, great water pressure) Cleanliness: 5 Amenities: 4 (4 bottles of drinking water daily, tea & coffee plus small biscuits. No toothbrush, shower cap, comb, shaving kit) Buffet Breakfast: 4.5 (Cover all basic lines; Chinese, small Western corner (with no choice for egg) Staff: 3.85 (Some tried to help out but some not. We checked-in pretty late ard 6pm but said the room wasn't ready. That could probably be the reason why we got the room upgraded. Google translation app needed) Surrounding: 3.5 (a bakery shop in front of the hotel, some of chain restaurants/bakery shops in a building opposite the hotel. A few big dept stores, restaurants, coffee shops can be found around Chongwenmen station)

Dataran itu terletak 1 stesen metro dari laluan burgundy (laluan 1) dan dengan 1 pertukaran jika anda turun di laluan biru (laluan 4). Hotel ini boleh dikatakan dari pintu ke pintu dengan pusat membeli-belah Joy City dan 2-3 pusat membeli-belah besar yang lain. Secara amnya, anda boleh membeli-belah sepuas hati anda dengan banyak wang, walaupun terdapat barangan berkualiti dan jenama pada tahap yang berbeza. Terdapat banyak kafe di dalam pusat membeli-belah ini, + di sepanjang jalan terdapat restoran untuk setiap bajet. Anda pasti tidak akan kelaparan. Ia mengambil masa kira-kira sejam untuk sampai ke hotel dengan teksi dari lapangan terbang Capital PEK. Dari hotel juga hampir sejam dari Lapangan Terbang Daxin. Perkhidmatan. Semuanya rumit di sini. Memandangkan hotel ini meletakkan dirinya di Trip.com sebagai 5* dan kos setiap malam hampir sama seperti di Hilton, adalah mengejutkan bahawa terdapat hampir kekurangan pengetahuan bahasa Inggeris di kaunter penerimaan tetamu. Tetapi ini tidak begitu buruk, kerana ternyata, hotel tidak menerima pembayaran dengan kad VISA dan MASTERCARD (bukan dari bank Rusia). Hanya kad Union Pay (termasuk bank Rusia, mereka menerimanya daripada Primsotsbank). Kami tiba lebih awal daripada waktu rasmi untuk daftar masuk. By the way, sekarang pukul 14:00. Kami tiba pada pukul 12:30. Bilik-bilik tidak siap. Tetapi mereka mula memprosesnya. Ia mengambil masa kira-kira sejam untuk bersiap. Adakah anda fikir mereka akan memberitahu anda tentang perkara ini? Trip.com tidak melaporkan perkara ini, begitu juga hotel, jika anda cuba mengetahuinya terlebih dahulu.
