Great Stay with Excellent Service I recently stayed at the Voyage Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is well-located, making it easy to access nearby attractions and public transportation. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering a nice view of the surrounding area. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed warmly, and every request was met with a smile and prompt service. The housekeeping staff kept the room spotless, and the front desk team was always ready to assist with recommendations or directions. The hotel offers a good variety of amenities, including a well-equipped gym and a cozy dining area. Breakfast was fresh, with a decent range of options to cater to different tastes. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable throughout my stay. Overall, Voyage Hotel exceeded my expectations. It’s a great option for both business and leisure travelers who are looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I highly recommend it and would certainly stay here again.

The hotel is not special but has a good cost/benefit relation. It is conveniently located close to Beijing PEK airport, they offer free transfer service to the airport every 1 hour and the staff is very friendly and helpful. There is easy access to public bus lines, but you need to take a bus to get to the closest subway station. There are some good options for dining around and hotel also offers breakfast, that although I didn't eat seemed good to me. The room was good, comfortable and clean, all I needed for a good rest before taking a long international flight.

Lovely staff, spacious room and very good breakfast. High point is the mini fridge in the room and the complimentary beverages. Also, free laudry with dryer and a small gym. Only point I would like to improve is the cleanliness of the bathroom, although the daily cleaning makes up for it. Also, the air conditioning is a bit weak, but it was ok during autumn weather.

Excellent hotel, really high standard Deluxe Special Room with every comfort Staff does not speak a word of English, this is a serious problem for check-in and any other matter. Asking them to call a taxi was a problem for half an hour, they don't understand anything, even with a translator it is very difficult to communicate. Hotel is nice, rooms are spacious, beds and linen were good. Very much enjoyed staying overnight. The have to improve reception staff training. The girl, who was checking in, didn’t give proper information about WiFi and shuttle bus schedule, breakfast time. Just asked passport and gave the key, couldn’t understand basic English.

新裝修的酒店，很乾凈。服務也很好。唯一一點就是506的燈有問題啊，大晚上睡着睡着就自動打開了。有時候還是開了全部的燈，過會關不掉了。找維修來看過一次，就把總開關關了重啟了一下。睡到半夜，啪一聲，房間的燈全部自動開了。把點卡拔下來停了會後又插上，關掉燈繼續睡，過了兩個小時，燈有是啪一聲自動開了。。。。。

第一次入住朗麗茲酒店 前台阿白服務熱情周到，讓人感到賓至如歸。房間寬敞明亮，衞生打掃得非常乾淨，沒有任何異味，園區院子的秋色和小鳥，達到了自然和城市的和諧，鬧中取靜，太美好!。酒店的餐廳提供了豐富多樣的美食，讓人大飽口福。健身房設施齊全，讓我可以在旅途中保持鍛鍊習慣，酒店還配備了洗衣房，讓我可以隨時穿上乾淨的衣服。整體來説，這家酒店在服務、環境衞生和設施方面都做得非常出色。值得推薦

為了方便孩子中考住了3天。酒店硬件設施還比較新，衞生也不錯，房間很安靜，孩子晚上休息的很好。特別值得一提的是前台服務很贊，🈶️問題都會第一時間響應和解決。還很貼心的在出入口張貼了“有考生入住，請保持安靜”的提示。總體感受很好！
