地理位置還行，房間尚可，典型的北方農家院，突出一個簡單，老闆人真的很好，就是吃飯有點不爽，晚上吃烤串不便宜不過味道還行，早飯20一位，廚房大嫂在那喊一個人衹有一個雞蛋啊，沒有多餘的，尷尬的摳腳，可能是地方特色，雞蛋就是比較貴吧....

很久之前就想來北京第一高峯靈山來感受一下大自然和新鮮空氣了,正好碰上這家店打折,訂了一件溫馨家庭房帶着父母一起來,本來以為比較便宜環境不會很好,沒想到大大低估了這家店,這家店位置在靈山古道的入口,大概走兩三分鐘就能進去爬靈山的主道,房間乾淨整潔,熱水壺衛生間電視設施齊全很不錯,二層小樓上麪有個露天陽台,有椅子可以吹吹晚風,一樓有KTV可以唱歌,村子裏有個水庫可以釣魚遛彎,空氣還是挺清新的,整個村子很有煙火氣息,讓人心情愉悅很放鬆,老闆老闆娘人都很好,基本的要求有求必應,尤其是老闆娘的家常菜太好吃了,我尤其推薦她家的羊肉串和柴雞燉蘑菇,魚是官廳水庫的魚雞是一整隻很有分量,挺入味的,素菜的話山蘑土豆絲和這的各種野菜都是這裏山上新鮮摘的,感覺烤羊排也不錯,但是我們人數太少以後再組織家人們來吧,靈山古道沿途風景很好,周圍有很多人都在往主峯前進,可惜我們這次沒做好準備衹爬了三分之二左右,下次再戰吧,謝謝老闆老闆娘這兩天一夜的精心照顧,下次一定再來！

本來是準備去爬靈山的，但是到了院裏，感覺太溫馨太舒適，就放棄了爬山的想法，泡了兩天的院子。院子的戶外吧台，正對着山和樹林，滿眼的綠色，在吧台喝點啤酒，唱個歌，吹着山風，真是太舒服了。老闆和老闆娘人很好溝通，我們都是帶孩子去的，跟老闆說床可能不太夠住，老闆二話沒說，馬上下單買了加床，還單加了100塊錢寄的順豐，就是為了讓我們能及時用上。一起去的小伙伴都對小院很滿意，說這就是嚮往的生活。總之，入住體驗很棒

客棧名字起得霸氣，位置也好找，院子收拾得乾淨整潔，佈置得温馨愜意，喜歡門口擺放的吊椅，清晨沒人時坐上去悠一悠，望望葡萄藤聽聽鳥叫，特別有感覺。訂的家庭房，實景和圖片完全一致，寬敞明亮乾淨，家電也很新（有空調），被罩床單都是純棉的用着特別舒服，衞生間用水通暢，熱水器加熱也很快。晚飯點了幾個炒菜，鹹淡合適，色香味俱全。總之第一次體驗非常不錯，下次來還會作為首選的。

缺點：
1、房間沒有電視，但網上寫着有，和老闆溝通後讓我下樓到大廳去看😂，我説有的房間就有，老闆説別的客人要打遊戲搬來的一台，後來説人家不來了讓我自己搬，這樣的服務我也真是第一次見。
2、房間沒有提供瓶裝飲用水，不論我住民宿還是酒店也是第一次遇到。
3、房間的枕頭實在是太高太不舒服了~枕頭感覺很廉價
4、衞生間馬桶內壁還有殘留的污物，我就不描述了。
5、房間所有的插頭都是五孔豎式的，我帶的戴森吹風機圓孔就沒法用。（因為沙發所以我都是自帶吹風機）
我經常出差、出遊住酒店和民宿，這是第一次寫了不滿的評價，對於一家新開張的民宿來説還是應該好好改進一下！

民宿位置在村口，交通方便，村子裏麪的店經常遇到堵車，這家店沒有堵車的煩惱，還有自己的停車場。小院不大，衹有6間客房，安安靜靜的，很舒服。坐在院裏喝喝茶，吹吹風，很是愜意。房間打掃得乾淨整潔，提供一次性的毛巾和浴巾。飯菜少油少鹽，比較清淡，早飯的大油餅是自己現炸的，好吃。
小院的海拔有1400米，是北京海拔最高的山村。夏天去特別涼快，是避暑的好地方。圖五是小院全貌，圖四是餐廳一角。

LLay Gim ChrisNeed to compliment the service staffs here, very helpful and kind, especially Ms Su. She helped us double check our train tickets. We didn't have local number so the staffs also help to use their personal phone to do food ordering for us. We have some parcels sent to the hotel and had some issues, the frontdesk also help to talk to logistic people to arrange them to resend the correct item. All in all I will come back just for the service staffs. Located near train station which is nearby alot of attractions.

JJulia CLWe got confused after we checked in and noticed that there wasn't a door into the bathroom. Called the housekeeping, and they informed that the door was removed because it was spoilt. I think its rather irresponsible to not inform beforehand. The room was changed after complaining. The new room, not sure if it's because it's winter, it's like a sauna in the room! Even the corridor is cooler than the room! There is nothing we can do to adjust the temperature and with the direct sunlight shining in, it just makes it worse.
During checking in, I enquired about some day tours but the front office staff couldn't give much information. Generally, the staff are not very enthusiastic and friendly.
The plus point is the location. It is about 5 mins walk from Xidan metro station. Lots of food and shopping around the hotel.

Stayed in Jan 15 in 2025. It is just the best one for kids and families in Sanya and offer everything you need- from best sea views, close location to airport, clean and nice relax areas and of corse best ever kids playing areas inc carting, video games, non stop entertaiment activities, darts, snooker, table tennis and more! Cant believe they even have small zoo! Will we come back again? Deffinetely big YES! See you soon!

She helped me a lot. It's starting with booking, tour, hire care, sim card, information etc. This lady was an extremely helpful and true example for the hotel management team. I had a problem with the phone SIM card, and she solved it so nicely.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaI recently stayed at this hotel with my family and it was an absolute delight! This place is a haven for families seeking comfort and convenience. The room was incredibly spacious, allowing us to move around comfortably. My son was over the moon with the bathtub – it was a definite highlight of his stay!
One standout feature was the presence of two bathrooms, which proved to be a game-changer in terms of convenience. No more morning rush hour! I must give a special shout-out to the desk guy, Leo, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. His excellent service truly made a difference.
The location is also a major plus – surrounded by numerous restaurants, we were spoiled for choice when it came to dining options. It's a huge relief not having to venture far for a delicious meal.
All in all, this hotel exceeded our expectations and provided us with a fantastic family experience. We'll definitely be returning on our next visit!

DDr. Julio BernalWe love this hotel for the location and the size of the room. The place is very luxurious but one thing that can be improved is the temperature for the rooms. They over used the heater and we had to ask to lower it. It still felt too warm. We asked them to open the room window but still it was too hot. The breakfast was very good with some room for improvement. The buffet looked cramped in an area of the restaurant. The location of some of the items wasn’t the most strategically. For instance, to grab some fruit you have to be practically on top of other items of the salad bar. People could literally breath on top of the food. Overall this hotel is great but it needs a major upgrade in the rooms and the wet area of the gym/pool. The showers there need some work. The steam room wasn’t working. Only the dry sauna worked. It need better cleaning as well
