Ulasan Hello Hotel (Dashilan Hotel, Tiananmen Square, Beijing)

I don’t know where to start but the hotel was a great way of ending our small Asia trip with Beijing as the last stop! It was a very nice room, very clean and the decorations and small garden area were very nice! When we arrived we were surprised that we were lead to a shopping street with a lot of vendors and restaurants. The hotel was in between shops. It was such a nice location, honestly 10/10! The staff was so nice also. I unfortunately didn’t ask for his name but this nice gentleman was always communicating with me through his phone and was super accommodating to us as foreigners! Overall the staff was very nice but he really made this stay more positive and memorable! Breakfast was in a restaurant next to the hotel. The restaurant staff was very nice and also took care of our dietary needs (no pork) and brought us vegetarian dishes! Overall such a nice stay! Little minus point would be, that the wifi didn’t work for us. You had to confirm with a phone number (I had an e sim) to receive an SMS. Since we all had our roaming off as to not cause us to pay horrendous amounts, we couldn’t make it work and relied on my e sim. The other option (log in with room number) didn’t work because it said we had to be checked in for it to work, which we obviously were. Staff told us the number option was the only way. But that’s the smallest inconvenience and when we go back to Beijing, I would definitely stay here over and over again!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Lovely place and situated in the heart of Beijing with lots of lovely food and gifts.

The room was much smaller than it looked in the photo so it was shocking. But the staff was really friendly and the location was amazing. It's clean and you can really relax in the middle of a busy street. It's surprisingly quiet on a busy street. Sure you can't look anything outside the window apart from a wall but it's better that way because outside the hotel is really noisy and full of people all the time. I'm glad we chose this hotel.

The hotel is in a strategic position, in a quiet court. Really appreciated the free of charge washing machine and dryer. Good breakfast provided in a small restaurant outside the hotel.

Amazing staff, incredibly helpful. Great location, would stay again.

The team at the Ni Hao hotel is fabulous. They go out of their way to help you, with generosity and kindness. The hotel is located on famous Dashilan walking street. The rooms are very quiet as they are away from the street and face an inner courtyard. Highly recommended.

酒店非常好，乾淨衞生，位置也很好就在步行街裏面，去天安門，國家博物館，升旗都很近，走路都能到，酒店住了一星期每天都有阿姨搞衞生，還給被摺好，很貼心，前台工作人員也很熱情很棒滴，非常推薦大家入住，退房出來看見阿姨們搞過道衞生可太認真刷了

環境：在景區裏，還行，比較新 衞生：很差，第一天進門就看到衞生間有蟲子，床單有點臟，毛巾上還有不知道誰的長髮（我們都是短髮） 設施：中央空調睡覺很難受，不能調温度，有智能馬桶，換氣系統差勁，下水味道大 服務：很熱情，但是酒店的硬問題，不是服務人員能解決的。

垃圾的要死，一生黑。房間太小，床也是貼牆放的，就是一個招待所。對得起450的價格嗎？也就是天安門寸土寸金的地方。周邊配套也不行，本以為大柵欄方便，其實**一點都不方便。 服務也是差的要死，只有紙杯，想泡個茶也沒有 勸你們千萬別訂。訂到西四區域或者東四區域比較好

衞生很棒 服務也很周到 很方便 周圍有很多景點可以步行去 地鐵交通也很便捷 前台的小姐姐很温柔 下次還住 設施：棒！ 衞生：乾淨！ 環境：超好 周圍就是商業街 超多小吃 很方便！ 服務：好！

地處熱鬧的大柵欄，房間卻安靜舒適；服務人員業務嫻熟，服務指引到位；早餐人性化，也很可口；交通便利，周邊環境優越，體驗感真的很好👍下次有機會再來會再選這家！

房間很乾凈，沒有異味，離天安門很近，下樓就是前門大街，吃飯很方便，交通便利離地鐵站也不遠，周圍都是來北京旅遊必打卡的美食，好評！

雙床房很小，進門就是床，桌子也衹能放個包，不過早出晚歸，能睡個覺就行了，價格就是北京價格，提早訂好一點 衞生服務都沒啥問題 門口很熱鬧，裏面算是鬧中取靜 距離7號安檢口很近，但人超多，還是騎車去1號口看的升旗
