Ulasan Campanile Suzhou Industrial Park Dushu Lake Hotel

Great hotel in the heart of industrial park, it is quite convenient in terms of its proximity to nearby university campuses.

The Campanile offers outstanding service for a very affordable price! The staff is very friendly, the room is cleaned daily and the breakfast is good value for money. Additionally you can order lunch and dinner to your room. I also made frequent use of the washing machine and dryer. Unfortunately, the non-smoking rules are not strictly enforced, so some rooms smell of smoke.

Location is not the best. Still close to the metro to get around thougg. The hotel is really good. Comfy bed, very clean and well looked after. Friendly and helpful staff.

Its a clean budget hotel i think it gets the job done. We enjoyed our stay here its a simple place and the stuff are friendly. We actually requested a baby bed which they didn’t have but they managed to call ctrip to call us and inform us which was polite. I would recommend this place to friends as it is convenient and affordable

There is a very romantic terrace within the hotel , the restaurant offers great food . There is a bar and a study area . Good service . There is a washer and dryer too

The sound insulation effect of the first hotel was very poor, and the aunt who cleaned the room the next morning was too loud. I already told the front desk about the third one. Don't call me for cleaning, but knock on the door. After the confession, you still have to knock on my door or call me. Number four. I stayed for 12 days. A few days ago, I didn't care if the sheets on the bed were changed. I should have stayed for a week. Only to find that I have never changed my sheets. On the seventh day, I told the receptionist. Please change the sheets for me. When I got back to my room at night, I saw that the bed was the same, and I still didn't change my sheets. In the evening, I called the front desk and asked the duty manager to come and have a look. What is the reply from the front desk? There was no manager on duty, and then the security guard came up to show me, took two photos, which left me speechless. The fifth one was the best thing that the hotel did, and I also recognized it and took the initiative to say hello to the guests. This cannot be denied. Service staff are very good, active and enthusiastic, and help solve small problems.

入住康柏酒店（通園路南店）除了交通便利（距離地鐵3號線約300多米，且有無障礙電梯方便帶行李乘地鐵）外，最突出的感覺是服務好，從接到訂單後，酒店的主動聯繫，到前台解答問題的細緻耐心，以及接到反映問題的及時處理，還有房間的整潔等等，真的讓人有賓至如歸的感覺。所以給五星好評，且已續住。

酒店房間衞生是非常的好，乾淨又衞生，客房阿姨態度很好，房間很安靜住得很舒服，前台還贈送了我們夜宵，夜宵上的小餛飩據説是蘇州特色，果然很精緻美味又營養，前台服務很好熱情又有禮貌，酒店有個花園環境很好，早餐品種豐富中式，西式都有，味道也很好，現磨咖啡很香；總之酒店性價比高，餐飲美味也健康，環境很好，離地鐵站近設施很不錯。

到蘇州來就喜歡住這家酒店，環境好服務熱情價格挺實惠，房間乾淨衞生還免費升級房型，晚上贈送了夜宵，夜宵營養又好吃；大廳有歡迎飲料和小餅乾，早餐也比較豐盛，用餐環境很不錯，菜品口味好酸奶、咖啡啥都很新鮮；有什麼需要聯繫前台，熱情的跑前跑後，做起事起挺認真負責的，笑的也挺燦爛的，下次有機會再來。

酒店是真的很乾凈和網上客人點評的一樣，環境不錯有個小花園下午和晚上都在花園裡坐了坐，很舒服。前台的小哥服務很周到，還贈送了免費夜宵體驗，小哥熱情介紹了酒店的設施和周邊的地鐵站，酒店到地鐵站距離非常近。早餐很好，看着葷素搭配的炒菜很喜歡，還有西式的麪包，咖啡非常可口。中午到餐廳吃飯，服務員推薦的套餐，性價比超高菜品口味好。

暖心夜宵:晚班的服務人員壓根沒問，我也不知道。不過也就可能是粥，也無所謂。 早餐：我訂了1位，我先生吃的，他説他是吃飽也足夠，有麪包和雞蛋，粥，牛奶和橙汁。 如果問我下次還入住或者推薦入住嗎？我應該覺得挺好的，因為我睡眠質量很差，我住的4樓，我是晚上大概9.00入住的，其實樓上一直拖拉椅子聲音，大概拖拉到10.30也沒啥聲音了。還有我住在靠近4s店那一面，真的幾乎沒啥聲音，就晚上總有人進進出出關門聲音正常的嘞。 稍微吐槽一個小插曲，因為我東南西北分的不太清楚，然後問了下方位因為怕靠馬路的有點鬧，於是 諮詢了下房間問題，其中有個女孩子我老公説那個女孩子應該是領導一樣的，感覺那女孩子對我説話態度不耐煩，我説可能是我要求有點麻煩了。最主要我是因為睡眠不好，所以睡眠不好的人，大家懂得真的遇到隔壁徹夜聊天的或者遇到半夜不睡覺電視開老大聲的真的倒黴➕痛苦或者靠近馬路一邊的有汽車鳴笛，那種真的嚇的一哆嗦一夜可以不睡。所以也麻煩昨天晚班的幾位小妹妹了。但是今天早上退房遇到的小妹妹人真的好好，她還告訴，下次可以提前預訂了，可以電話過來幫我們留6樓給我，因為這家酒店是每個樓層都有各種房型，真的很謝謝哈。酒店衞生各方面也還挺好的，我下次應該還是會住的。因為我是睡眠真的不太好的人，睡的都很好。我感覺住在這邊的人幾乎都是出差素質都比較好的，甚至沒有遇到半夜走廊還嘰裏呱啦講話的，昨天住的真的很好。
