Jingqi Hotel (Beijing West Railway Station)

Im beyond statisfy with my stay here. Apart from the room being lovely and all the amenities is at place and very modern, the staff was very helpful and help us with whatever we required. Even some issues that we face, they assists with diligent and if I ever stay beijing again, i will definitely stay here.

Bed and hotel are comfy but I hate the strong smell of smoke!!! I came on winter (10°c) and they switch off the aircond. I can't sleep the whole night because it's really smelly and stuffy!! Overall okay 👌

Clean, cosy room. Staff are friendly. Only stayed for one night. Overall, good. Within walking distance to nearest subway.

The hotel location is strategic.We can spot the hotel dimmediately after we came out from the E exit of liuliqiaodong Subway station (六里桥东地铁站，E出口)It’s a short distance walk to the hotel about 4-5minutes walk . The strategic location also provides one with many options of good local food in a stretch of restaurants just outside the subway station & nearby places .The bakery shop also offers some very nice pastries . The open market within the lianhuachi park（莲花池公园）which is opposite the hotel ( within walking distance of about 2-3mins) is a very good option for tourists who want to bring home the local specialties .There is a good varieties to choose from the stores .They do accept cash & online transactions such as alipay & wechat too .Very convenient . The hotel lobby is cosy & it provides free beverages such coffee,tea,water,fruit-flavoured water (hot & cold).Hot beverages serve us very well in the winter season .While waiting in the lobby one can use the other section to enjoy the TV program too .There is also the robot service to bring online grab food to your room too .Great service ! This hotel rates are very reasonable & it provides excellent services,such as daily cleaning, free self service onsite laundry service. Our hotel rooms were spacious too. Would be better if the room can include 2chairs instead of 1 to grant comfort to 2 persons who stay in the room .My husband & I need to take turns to sit on 1chair.My gals either took turns to sit on it or decided to just lay on bed on certain days . Breakfast buffet is good too as it includes both western & eastern food & at a reasonable cost,a bonus point to the hotel Thanks to the customer service staff who had given me a free upgrade to remain in our current scenic room when we were supposed to move to the woshe room. They were also very friendly & efficient to help resolve my queries on certain issues .Great job . They were very efficient to resolve a sewage blockage issue, giving great relief to the residential customers.keep up the good job !:)💪🥰 Will choose to stay here again if we were to visit Beijing again .

Hotel is near subway station and railway station. Very convenient for us to travel around Beijing. Had boom 2 rooms for my family. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Beds and pillows are comfortable that allow us to have good rest. Highly recommended.
