I booked this hotel depending on the pictures shown by the hotel itself. But they are way too different from reality. The hotel seems like an old warehouse that was transferred to a hotel. The entrance is full of rubble, the reception doesn't accommodate more than three people. The room was ao small and nothing like advertised. However, the lady at the reception was extremely kind and helpful. I booked 5 nights at this hotel and then changed my booking to one night and asked for a refund. I went to stay in another hotel.

超出預期的滿意，到北京探親二天先預訂了一晚，入住後有到家的感覺，果斷又續訂了一晚；房間明亮乾淨衞生，每層都有免費熱咖啡、熱奶茶、小零食等，設施齊全服務熱情到位，非常棒，值得推薦

這次在子美酒店的入住經歷簡直太棒了！從預訂的那一刻起， 020 號前台服務特別好，酒店的服務就讓人感到無比貼心和專業。前台的工作人員非常熱情，耐心地為我們解答各種疑問，還貼心地為我們升級了房間。 🛏️房間寬敞明亮，裝飾風格現代簡約，給人一種非常舒適的感覺。床鋪特別柔軟，讓人一躺下就不想起來。而且房間隔音效果特別好，晚上完全聽不到外面的噪音，保證了良好的睡眠質量。 🛁衞生方面更是無可挑剔，每一個角落都打掃得一塵不染。衞生間的設施也很齊全，沐浴露、洗髮水、護髮素等都是高品質的品牌，用起來特別放心。

酒店給讓我很驚訝的地方是細節，第一次感受到店家對顧客如此細節的服務，還特地準備了男女的洗護用品，洗浴用品也非常齊全，雖然房間佈局小了一點，但是床睡的很舒服！不過給店家一個小建議，如果洗澡的地方有一個擋水和浴簾也行會更方便一點！

設施：電動窗簾，衞生：他們的衞生很乾凈，毛巾，床用品都有香香的味道，還有小童洗漱的，男女私密洗護的，女士洗面奶都有，真是太貼心了，還有面膜，蒸汽眼罩。簡直太棒了！

1.有一説一，這是特出乎我意料的酒店！設施齊全不説，還有很多額外服務，每層有按摩椅（免費），吧枱提供的無限量礦泉水，咖啡，小零食，隨意拿取，還有滾筒洗衣機和熨燙機，簡直太細緻了！ 2.服務人員態度也非常好，熱情周到，尤其020服務員，不僅解釋介紹的耐心，詳細，顏值還高……3.客房設施齊全，各種生活用品，應有盡有；環境安靜舒服，房間瓶裝水都是不限量的，另外二層的子美私房菜的炒菜味道不錯，贊！還有烤串，反正遊玩一天挺累，但在子美吃了，喝了，住了，真是舒服了！
