The hotel is located at a quiet corner of a street. It’s near a bus stop (~400m) and a train station. The room was clean. We were upgraded to an apartment type of room on level 2 and there was a washing machine in the toilet.

I am impressed with the hotel from location down to the friendly and warm service of the staff . The rooms are kept very neat and tidy and always clean . The staff regardless of where they are would greet and talk to me asking me where would I be going for the day or how was it . The bed is so comfortable and I love the choice on the pillows . I would definitely pick Atour hotels again. I love the laundry room and the offerings . I think one key factor is that this hotel did not engage in huge tour groups booking hence it is able to manage the quality of stay

Room was a bit dated. Doors did not work properly. However, the service was excellent and everyone we met would greet us with a smile. Never had any issues with anything. Breakfast was great too.

The location is great, rooms are clean and stylish and breakfasts are good enough even for the European taste. The stuff doesn’t really speak English, but always happy to help through the translator app, which is convenient enough. For sure will stay here again.

It’s ridiculous that I paid 40% more in trip.com oversea version then the hotel cleanness level is very bad. They even don’t provide the travel converter…. It’s not foreigner friendly aat all!!! And I lost my earrings the hotel doesn’t want to take responsibility….super bad experience with trip.com and this hotel. Cleanness level: bad Not foreigner and traveler friendly

Well located in Chaoyang district and close to a bus station with direct bus to Tiananmen Square. Clean property and good breakfast. Atour has maintained consistency of service across all properties.

the hotel style and the service are contemporary and convenient, without all this old style unnecessary and cheap, but pretentious things, however absolutely spacious, stylish and comfortable atmosphere i would certainly stay here again the only problem is that hotel staff doesn’t speak almost a word of english, but they keep trying to assist you using the translators on the phone and i’d recommend you to keep your phone around too (and not only within the hotel)

So travelled with my family to Beijing and we picked atour s. I will say that the location was ok. The price was affordable and fair for the size of the room and the interior. Very comfortable mattress so slept nicely. If you like exercising while traveling… the gym is perfect for it. Nothing to say about it. A very nice surprise. The breakfast was my only disappointment. I do prefer to have an English breakfast but the options are only Chinese dishes so you need to stick to it. Overall nice hotel.

It’s not worth it for that price guys. This is a two star hotel at best imo. Terrible experience with this hotel. No one there speaks English. It was so noisy in the hallway and outside it was so hard to fall asleep.
