Ulasan Crystal Orange Beijing Nanluoguxiang Hotel

I live in Beijing and just booked this apartment to have some time for myself. Specifically, given that in China it is complicated to rent an apartment with bath, I selected this room as it had it. Had a very nice day off, laying in bath, drinking coffee and reading a book. Wish to allow myself to do such things nore often

I recently stayed at Crystal Orange in Beijing, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. As a remote solo traveler, I've been to many hotels, but this one truly stands out. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, providing help with everything I needed and more. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist were remarkable. The team at Crystal Orange is the most friendly and generous I’ve met in a long time. They made me feel completely at home, always ready with a warm smile and eager to help with anything—from work-related needs to making local recommendations. The hotel's atmosphere is both welcoming and professional, and you can feel the genuine care that goes into every aspect of the service. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and will definitely be coming back on my next visit to Beijing. If you're looking for a place with top-notch service and an incredible team, Crystal Orange is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

Crystal Orange is a convenient hotel near a metro station that it’s linked to many hubs of interest in Beijing, restaurants and shops. The rooms are comfy, beds ok and you have an extensive breakfast, with some western dishes. Our only issue in our stay (room for non-smokers still smelled, stains in the bed clothes) has been corrected swiftly by reception, with the chance to change the room if we were not comfortable during our stay.

I like the service but I just can't stand the fact that they have a centrally controlled aircan that does not allow me to bring down the room temp to below 25 degree celcius. I came from malaysia where we have air-conditioning rooms at 18 degree celcius. While I understand this was November but really, 25 degree celcius? And I paid a substantial amount for the rooms. While I like the service and the location I would never stay here again had I have the choice.

modern design and new hotel in the old center of Beijing. Very attentive staff, not a bad breakfast, although for the cost of living at 1200 RMB, the opportunity to enhance the guests’ stay at the hotel with breakfast is still available! thanks for a nice weekend! Best regards, Vlad

Great location for exploring the hutongs. Very nice breakfast options and good customer service. The room was clean and nice big bottles of water, coke, and drip Coffee are complimented.
