Ulasan AC Hotel Nice

The hotel's location and exterior are quite good. However, the interior facilities are quite dated. There was a faint musty smell in the guest room corridors. Additionally, while most of the front desk staff were very good, a few exhibited signs of racial discrimination.

Very clean. However, the bathroom wasn't ideal; the shower was over the bathtub, which was quite inconvenient and felt slippery.

Excellent location, close to the sea and a 15-20 minute walk to Nice city center. Comfortable rooms, and bathrooms come with a bidet 😜. Good breakfast, rooftop pool, and covered parking are available. Plus, dogs are welcome! The staff were courteous, professional, and always helpful. Highly recommended.

At 12:30 in the middle of the night, a man and two women inexplicably swiped their cards to open the door! Fortunately, we had a chain hanging on it. The three people found that the door could not be opened and tried to open it, standing at the door and refusing to leave. The hotel did not take any solution and refused to compensate! Very offensive and dangerous! !

The location is excellent, on the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, and the beach is just outside, which is very convenient. It is a four-star hotel, the rooms are not big, the service is good, there is freshly squeezed juice for breakfast, and for the rest, don't complain about France. The service staff is nice.

Booking through Trip.com was perfect and straightforward! The hotel met our expectations except for two criteria: The rooftop terrace with pool was one of our selection criteria. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we learned that the rooftop terrace would be closed for the duration of our stay, which was very disappointing! Furthermore, we had no way to watch German television; German channels were available, but without picture or sound! When we inquired, we were told that the technicians were working on it.

The location is good. The bed sheets and pillows were not clean enough, there were hairs on them. The water in the shower was changing rapidly, sometimes cold and sometimes hot.
