The service was excellent, when we arrived from the Airport tired after an overnight flight, the bellhop service to checkin was so smooth. Rooms were clean and views were great. Facilities in the gyms (regular and pilates) were spick-and-span and good condition. Great job to the janitorial, facilities and management services. We enjoyed the in-house restaurants service. Security is very good. I think the Concierge Desk impressed me the most. Deliveries were non-stop but they happily helped us with Didi when we needed to communicate with drivers (being foreigners) on our phone WeChat app. And the cute delivery robots :) . Location is excellent with Da Wang Lu metro stn exit B just West across the road, North side business, shopping and eating at SKP B1, while South side gave a feel of local living and the river. We stayed for a week and took the two-bedder. Pricey but worth it. Good base for our travels. We enjoyed the visit. No swimming pool but no problem, we were comfortable :) thank you.

I will strongly recommend this service apartment to those who travel with family. The whole unit is clean and well maintained; with daily housekeeping services. The unit I booked has has 2 bedrooms (with king size bed), 1 toilet (with washing and drying machine (2 in 1)), 1 living hall with nice sofa and 1 kitchen (with fridge, oven, microwave, kettle). Location wise not bad; walking distance to DaWangLu subway station, nearby with a premium shopping mall (skp-s). One station away from DaWangLu station is JiuLongShan station where there is a popular shopping mall (Hopson One Mall) where literally you can buy and eat anything there....It is easy to call Didi service here and when you call ******* food delivery services, front desk staff will help to send it to my room. As overall, I am very satisfied with my stay here and will consider this service apartment again in the near future.

The apartment was kind to upgrade our room upon seeing that we are a family of 5 with no extra charge. The apartment we had was clean and huge. There was a washing machine with a clothes rack for us to dry our laundry. The house keeping team was also nice to provide us plenty of water. The breakfast was definitely worth adding to your stay. Having stayed 5 nights, the breakfast menu always has something new to it. The security is good also. Our card could only get us to our level and the level for breakfast. As for the location, it is near to a mall and also the mrt Dawanglu ( just 5 min walk). My online deliveries were all send to my room promptly. This is an apartment that I would recommend anyone with a big family to stay. I would stay here again if I come to Beijing again.

The room decor is like a luxurious show flat, and the whole room is very spacious, giving you the feeling of having your own home in Beijing. There's a welcome fruit platter, and being on a high floor with four suites per floor, it's like a two-elevator, four-unit layout. Plus, robots deliver takeout to your room, which is super convenient. It's right next to SKP, Guomao, and Dawanglu subway station, so the location is great. The heating in the room was really strong; it got so warm at night we had to turn on the AC, haha.

Stayed in December 2025 for 9N with my family and had several issues in my hotel rooms. On the day of my checkout on 28 Dec, I informed the duty managers - Ms Christy and Yang Jing Li to contact me, but I have yet to hear from them. My efforts to reach out to them via the hotel website "Contact Us" page has been in vain too. I experienced several issues in my room throughout my stay, including an interrupted water supply at 1 AM without prior warning and a flooded bathroom at 12 AM due to faulty drainage systems, among others. On the day of my checkout, a long wooden beam fell from a wardrobe and nearly caused my son to be seriously injured, which was the last straw for me. I have left my contact details with the front desk, Ms Christy. I have also sent my request for follow up via the hotel website. I am writing this review in the hope that the hotel management would do the responsible thing - please contact me.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help, which made the experience even more pleasant. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby amenities and transport. Overall, it felt comfortable and welcoming, and I would gladly choose to stay here again. 设施维护得很好，让人住得非常安心和放松。酒店员工态度亲切又专业，遇到问题都会耐心帮忙，令人感到很贴心。地理位置也相当方便，出行和用餐都很容易。整体来说是一家让人感觉温暖又舒适的酒店，下次一定会再次选择入住。

Concierge helped find a package in the middle of the night – great service! When I left, a young man proactively helped me with my luggage – excellent! Checking in late at night, the front desk expedited the process, handling two guests at once. I understand they were trying to be efficient, but it's really better to serve guests on a first-come, first-served basis, just like queuing up to buy something. No need to rush and stress yourselves out.

The breakfast was great, and the front desk staff were very friendly. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing 4-night stay in the 2-bedroom executive room, and it exceeded all our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade, which made our trip even more memorable. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable — perfect for families or groups. The location is unbeatable, right above SKP Mall, which made shopping and dining incredibly convenient. We could go downstairs anytime and everything we needed was just steps away. Service was excellent from check-in to check-out. The staff were friendly, attentive and always happy to help. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommended!
