Great place. It was clean and near the metro. Staff are super nice and spoke Enough English to help get by.

Staffs of hotel are nice and helpful, the room is large and good. 3 peoples also can stay

Good location and service, but my room was in second floor and facing the street. It was very load at the night and couldn’t have a good sleep

The hotel attendants were very nice and caring. The hotel is just 5 minutes away from the Awaza subway station, very convenient. The park opposite to the hotel was nice. There are drug store, convenient store, restaurants and supermarket around the hotel.

以前跟團來過大阪，印象非常好，這次自由行住5晚，開始攻略定酒店時，發現四季評價不錯，提前一週定時己經沒有雙床房間啦，我們就在京橋住了4晚，又定京都5天，從京都返回大阪需要再住一晚第二天飛機，意外發現有房間啦（大約需提前二週左右預訂），果斷拿下定了一晚，從京都回來需要到大阪站倒地鐵粉色千日線後到阿波羅站3號口出，衹有3號口有電梯出站，方便拖箱子啦，電梯出站右拐再左拐直行到酒店，不到十分鐘的距離。酒店在馬路邊好方便，門口有55車直接到梅田商業區，旁邊3分鐘有711便利店，前台服務情緒飽滿，工作人員熱情周到，我們到的早沒有到入住時間，前台寄存完行李就離開了。 晚上回來辦入住手續時，哇塞很驚喜好運氣給我們升級了12樓套房，這天是中國的小年夜，也是11天日本之行的最後一天，非常開心收到這份珍貴的禮物，非常感謝也是很棒的一次體驗，房間巨大，窗外是公園，乾淨衞生，有客廳，吧枱，餐桌，咖啡機（有膠囊咖啡供應），礦泉水配套比較齊全，還有2個廁所，洗漱乾濕分離處理，總之一切非常OK，給日本之行寫上完美的一筆，謝謝非常感謝酒店提供的服務，早上不到6點退房，前台工作人員也在，非常完美！ ありがとうございます

超出預期的酒店！服務超級熱情，每次出門經過前台都90度鞠躬，帶着笑容。熱情到自己都不好意思。位置很好找，房間也超級大，兩個大行李箱完全可以打開！在日本真的很奢侈了。地理位置很好，地鐵口也很好找。附近美食也很多，跟老公兩人隨便走走逛逛會發現很多寶藏店！
