The hotel is located near Beijing West Railway Station and is also very close to the subway. The buffet restaurant on the first floor offers a rich and delicious breakfast! The food is great, and the staff are warm and attentive! The dining environment is nice🌹🌹🌹 The towels are sealed in bags, which can be easily torn open for hygienic use.

Horrible hotel ever. Flush was broken, air conditioning is not working properly, breakfast has nothing to eat for foreigners. Receptionists are too rude and asking you to pay extra charges during check-out!

If I did not know better, I would suggest there is a scam going on at this hotel . . . . I booked a room with Lake View, High Floor (11 - 26), 32m² size - Upon checking in to the hotel, I was told that my requested room type was not available but as compensation, they had upgraded me - Good news 👍 I go to the upgraded room - Low floor, city view, small room - Certainly not an upgrade! I immediately went to reception and expressed my concerns about this room upgrade and was advised that all of sudden, without expectation, my requested room type was now available - Amazing! The hotel is very ostentatious, but it is really just for show and has little substance behind it, as it is a shambles - The room quality is poor for a hotel with such grand ideals - Poorly maintained, worn and regarding some of the technology, outdated, The worst was breakfast - Absolute carnage as there was no organisation or control of breakfast diners by the staff - They allowed customers into the dining room even when there was no space for them, and this results in people wandering around with food looking for somewhere to sit. Tables were not cleared promptly, food serving areas were not tidied or cleared promptly either - To make it worse, parents allowed there children to 'play' with the coffee machines, which meant that customers had to wait - Again, staff did nothing to prevent the children playing. If you intend to stay at this hotel my recommendations are - 1. Make sure you get the room you have booked and pay for 2. Inspect the room before accepting 3. Go to breakfast either early or late to avoid the carnage Location is just OK - Nothing within walking distance, but a short taxi ride away There are many, many better quality and better value places to stay in Beijing than this hotel . . . . .

Excellent, clean and beautiful

Staffs are very friendly, especially the waitperson in at the breakfast section. She was very warm and welcoming. She noticed my kids were coughing and she made warm honey drink for them. Room was big and comfortable. Towels were individually wrapped for use. Very clean. It was a wonderful and pleasant stay.

Room was beautiful. This is an older 5 star hotel and very nicely appointed. Front desk could use stronger English skills and the pool was open but not the sauna or tennis courts!

Okay location, ~ 10 min walk to the subway station that gets you to the main sites quickly. Interior is high quality but a bit dated. No shower just a bathtub. Good gym, helpful front desk. Good if you get a good offer.
