The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the centre, it's a basic hotel which is clean, tidy and comfortable. Breakfast is more continental with 3 hot item available. The only downside to the hotel is their is no safe in the rooms so had to carry all personal items laptop, money, passport etc around with me all the time. The hotel did offer to put item in their own safe but decided against it. It didn't put me off staying here again and would return.

Clean rooms, nice breakfast, great location, friendly staff!

It's a simple place to stay, but it's warm. There's no elevator. You have to carry your luggage up to the 2nd floor, but the staff are very helpful. There is a sauna, but it's a pity that you have to time it out so you can't use it. The room is not very big, but it's clean. The price is not very expensive, but it's okay.

The room was very nice, clean and hygienic. The quality of facilities in the bathroom is not very good. The environment is beautiful. This is my second time staying at this hotel. The hotel has parking spaces, free of charge.

Breakfast is rich and varied! The choice is huge! The room was clean and tidy! It's just that the shower room is too small!

Apart from the location, everything else was a mess. My friend's room had no access to the water and the water flooded the mountain. Our room was very small and the soundproofing was poor. No one cleaned it every day. They would only clean it after leaving completely. I need to grab something for breakfast, so wait. If it weren't for the fact that I couldn't book anything else, I would never book with him.

The location, layout and service are all very good. I will come again next time!

The location is superior, just in the city center, just a few minutes walk to the northernmost McDonald's, as well as supermarkets and shopping malls. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

I used it as a couple in December 2022. It is located about 5 minutes on foot from the k supermarket in the city center, and is in the opposite direction from the area where restaurants are gathered. Although it was the winter season, the sidewalks were cleanly cleared of snow, and after getting off the bus in front of the supermarket, you could walk to the hotel while rolling your carry-on bag. Not far enough to take a taxi. There are many houses around and it is quiet. I didn't use it, but there seems to be a sauna. Breakfast was delicious. It was a general menu such as bread, ham, cheese, salad, yogurt. The room was clean, but there was no safe. There is no partition between the shower and the toilet in the bathroom, so the toilet gets soaked when you take a shower. Overall, it is a recommended hotel.

Everything was fine, star rating more like 3 to 3.5 stars, we were satisfied, sauna was great, everything else was okay, to be recommended in any case

Breakfast food is richer than dinner

Such a wonderful stay at this hotel. Is was a little nervous initially to book but I'm so glad we stayed here. It's a small hotel and a little bit further out than others but it's a completely short walkable distance to the town center and bus stop to the Santa village. There's plenty of food for breakfast and the choice to pay extra for evening meals. Staff are so wonderful and the hotel and area was so quiet when we stayed in March which we loved. Although the hotel was pretty full with guests it's probably the quietest we have stayed and it was delightful. The hotel itself is a little older but I would definitely stay here again if we were ever back in the area, such great value.

The staff were kind and efficient. The hotel itself was okay. The room was clean and the parking was convenient. It didn't seem to be very walkable but the weather also could have played a part in this. If I returned to the area, I would probably stay again.

Excellent location , daily breakfast spread , staff are all so helpful and efficient !
