The room facilities are simple and practical, and the cleanliness is top-notch. The staff were very warm and attentive, which was a pleasant surprise. We even got a free room upgrade! Plus, the airport shuttle service is incredibly convenient. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel is conveniently located near Beijing Capital Airport. The shuttle service to and from the airport is absolutely fantastic! It seems the hotel hasn't been renovated in a while, but the rooms are spacious, making it easy to organize and pack luggage. 👍

The room was clean and tidy, giving a comfortable feeling the moment I walked in. The staff were very welcoming and promptly attended to any needs I had. When I couldn't figure out the TV, a staff member came up immediately to help. Their service attitude was excellent. It's a great choice for a trip to Beijing; I had a wonderful time and a very comfortable stay.

The facilities were basic, and they didn't offer pickup service from the subway station, which made for a poor experience.

It's very close to the airport, which is convenient for flights, and the hotel offers a shuttle service, which is a great plus. The only downsides are that the hygiene isn't great, and there are a lot of loud motorcycles racing around the area at night.

The shuttle service between the airport and the hotel worked very well, but only when you are able to speak some Chinese. Even though the hotel states they have English speaking staff, that was not the case. The rooms are simple but have everything necessary. Unfortunatly, the breakfast was not satisfactory at all. I needed to leave at 7am , breakfast is supposed to start at 6:30. When I arrived, nothing was out yet. In the end I only had 10min to eat. The food was also quite oily.

The difference between pictures and real one hotel was terrible.

They even offered a shuttle service, which was a nice touch. I booked it last minute. Beijing this season feels pretty good; it's getting a bit cool as winter approaches. Hope the trip goes smoothly!

Huge warning! Qi Hang International Hotel: False advertising + terrible service, you'll regret staying here! I'm so fed up with Qi Hang International Hotel! I booked a room several days in advance, and at the time, the customer service confidently promised, "We have a free shuttle service; just call us when you arrive at the station, and the car will be there right away." However, after getting off the high-speed rail and calling the hotel, they either didn't answer or, when they did, just said, "The car is busy, please wait a little longer." I waited for nearly an hour and eventually had to pay for a taxi to get to the hotel myself. This "free shuttle" was pure deception! Things got even worse at the hotel. The front desk staff had a terrible attitude. When I asked about the shuttle service, she rolled her eyes and said, "Who told you there was a car? We've never had a free shuttle service here." She said it so righteously, as if I was trying to extort them. During check-in, the ID verification was slow, but that's not all. A tourist next to me asked if they had a crib, and the front desk staff retorted directly, "No, hold the baby yourself," which really angered the mom. Once I got to the room, I was even more frustrated. I had booked a deluxe twin room, but the actual space was so small I could barely turn around. There were drink stains on the carpet, and the bathroom mirror was covered in fingerprints, clearly indicating it hadn't been properly cleaned. I called room service to send a bucket of ice, and after three reminders, it took nearly an hour to arrive. The staff member was also very rude, slamming the ice bucket onto the table and leaving without a word. But the worst was the breakfast, advertised as "Chinese and Western buffet." It only consisted of a few cold steamed buns and a bowl of watery porridge you could see your reflection in. Even getting a cup of hot milk was a scramble. It was completely not worth the room rate. I stayed for two days, and every day I encountered staff members who were grumpy. When asked about nearby attractions, they either said, "I don't know," or pointed in the wrong direction. The experience was extremely poor. I will never come back in this lifetime, and I advise everyone to steer clear of this place!
