Have been to this hotel several times before. Always get excellent service from staff. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is one of the best that we have come across and will meet the expectations of everyone!

I enjoyed buffet breakfasts and the fitness centre. I didn’t like my room much though. It was on the 18th floor but looked directly at the HNA building, so not a good view, sometimes the bathroom smelled bad, the window didn’t open, so I couldn’t get fresh air, and the room is dated, eg VGA inputs to the TV.

A good choice if landing at capital airport and wanting a comfortable stay. The location still requires some taxis but good eateries and breweries are around .15, mins drive away. The only annoying thing was that the swimming pool had lanes and 4 swimming instructors took up 1/3 and even used the hot tub for lessons 🤦♀️ not relaxing at all.

It’s pretty good. Rooms are not that big compared to Marriott in other cities. Breakfast is amazing the variety is really good. It’s location is great. In the heart of the city of Beijing. If you have business in the city center it’ll be perfect . If you have an embassy appointment it’s even better 1km away from American embassy and a host of others. Pricy but comfortable

Hotel was nice and staff where friendly. Some things missing from the mini bar but hotel was quick to fix and easy to deal with.

It was great a stay. Location and cleanliness were perfect. Receptionist Christina was supportive and helpful. Great manners and kind. Whenever I asked her she helped with pleasure. Overall it was a perfect experience.
