Always a pleasure to come back to EAST. Everything is on point, above all for late check in. It went as quick as before. I was in my room in no time. I loved the food menu, simple but very tasty. I tried the swimming pool this time, mind blown away. Really amazing experience swimming in that pool. They got a steam room and sauna. The hotel is very minimalist when you compare it to other hotels. But the comfort and location is unparalleled. Attached to the indigo mall and subway. I am using DD a lot and from the hotel everything seems short distance. Rooms are as shown on the pictures. Bed are very comfortable. I like the options on their menu. It’s also easy to order from outside providers or just go next door to the mall.

This hotel has been around for many years, and I always choose EAST Beijing whenever I have meetings on the east side. The environment and location are great, it offers good value for money, and the service is excellent. Highly recommend!

The location is fantastic, right next to Indigo Mall, making dining, getting around, and catching a movie at night incredibly convenient. My daughter and I stayed here once before and had a wonderful experience. That's why I booked this hotel again, but perhaps because it was a king-sized bed room? Anyway, the room felt really small, the facilities seemed a bit old, and the breakfast wasn't as varied as I remembered.

Great hotel in Jiuxianqiao area. Very good service and caring staff. Its location is very convenient with plenty of eating and shopping options nearby.

Extremely clean and tidy! The front desk service was excellent, always ready to help, and delivered food orders incredibly fast. The service was very attentive. Check-in and other procedures were super simple and quick. I'll definitely choose this place again next time. The environment is great and the scenery is beautiful.

Excellent location, accessible to East side of Beijing and public transportation at ease. Hotel facilities are well kept, loads of lovely arts on display. The most important thing, it’s conveniently connected to a mall. Stubble across Cathay’s event. Makes perfect sense, since this hotel and Cathay are subsidiaries to the Swire Group. Overall, excellent.

The location is excellent, close to home, and best of all, you can explore Indigo Mall during your stay. Dining is incredibly convenient, with many restaurant options just a short walk away. The room decor is simple and elegant, and we were given a room on the 19th floor, which offers a great view.

This is definitely my top choice for a city getaway! The room facilities are excellent, everything is clean and tidy, and the view from the window is beautiful. Plus, there's a shopping mall right next door, offering plenty of dining, drinking, and shopping options.

I've stayed at EAST Beijing many times, and it's consistently reliable. Clean, hygienic, and great service. I'll definitely be back. The pool staff were very attentive, highly recommended!

Although the hotel is a bit older, it's very well-maintained. It's connected to a mall, making dining incredibly convenient, and it's also very close to Chaoyang Railway Station. The breakfast is abundant, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's right above a subway station and next to Indigo Mall. Wangjing is also very close, and it's super convenient to get to Capital Airport, only a 40-minute taxi ride away, making it a great choice for those flying out of T2 or T3. The hotel is also new, with a very stylish design. Even Cathay Pacific flight crews stay here!

I'd like to express my gratitude to EAST Hotel Beijing for the thoughtful arrangements made upon my arrival, which made my trip enjoyable right from the start. The suite was incredibly spacious, with an elegant and open layout, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a beautiful view of the city. The bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were meticulously maintained; both the bathing experience and the turndown service were incredibly relaxing and reassuring. Furthermore, the hotel's gym and pool left a strong impression on me – they were well-equipped and clean, adding a delightful touch of rejuvenation to my journey. What truly stood out was the professionalism and warmth of the service team – every interaction, from the front desk to housekeeping, was polite and efficient, making me feel perfectly cared for and respected. Overall, my stay was extremely satisfying. Both the hardware and the service truly reflect the hotel's quality and dedication. If I have another business trip to Beijing, this will definitely be my first choice again, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to travelers who value a quality experience.
