No slippers or toothbrushes were provided, and I had to call to request them. If you're not proficient in English, you might find it challenging. The showerhead was terrible; the water just trickled out, making it impossible to enjoy a proper shower. On the upside, the view from the window was quite nice.

A comfortable hotel surrounded by amenities and facilities suitable for shopping in the heart of Kuala Lumpur city center Hotel lobby on the 25th floor and rooms from the 26th-30th floor. There are only 5 floors. Perfect for training, family vacations. It's just that the divan bed is very, very high and quite dangerous for small children. Hotel yang selesa dan dikelilingi dengan kemudahan dan fasiliti sesuai untuk membeli belah di tengah pusat bandaraya Kuala Lumpur Lobi Hotel di tingkat 25 dan bilik bermula tingkat 26-30. Ada 5 tingkat sahaja. Sesuai untuk latihan, percutian keluarga. Cuma katil divan sangat-sangat tinggi dan agak merbahaya untuk anak-anak kecil.

Recommended. The hotel is clean. Attached to bangunan MARA, near to SOGO n jalan tar (walking distance).

Good service, but not convenient for family members because too much movement from parking to room. Need to change lift and exposed to public.

Smooth check in at floor 25, lifts are abundant and fast. Given room with fantastic city view but look bit old. All appliances and equipments working well, nice bed but bit worn out cover. Overall staying was fantastic and near to shopping complexes.

Convenient location and friendly staff. Close to shop, malls and eateries as well as short distance walk to LRT station. Good for business travellers

We went there for a one day course on haj. The conference room was spacious & comfortable. Air cond was maintained at a cool and nice temperature. Buffet lunch served at the coffee house was sumptious. Choices available was good at tasty. Our room was pretty spacious & and had a nice view, had TRX and Menara KL…

Since its just one night stay nothing much to share. However have been frequently staying here for convenience due to its strategic location to the shopping areas and food outlets. Just that this time around , toothbrush was not provided luckily I brought mine. As for the rest, I am still returning as its a convenient hotel for me.

Finding the parking was a bit hassle as the signage to the hotel parking is a bit obscure. You gotta really be on alert looking for signage. The hotel itself is really nice. Check in at level 25 but it wasn’t even mentioned on the first level floor as the it was under construction on that floor. So you gotta ask around to know where to check in. The room was spacious, clean. However the carpet have that unpleasant smell. The corridor smell nice. The view was good from our room. The water pressure was great despite we are on the 26th floor. The breakfast was superb. Really good and everything was delicious. The location is really strategic and close to pertama complex and sogo. Plenty food to choose from in that area. We might consider staying here again
