Location is amazing, room is nice and spacious with a super comfortable bed. Well stock amenities, free snacks & refreshments in the room. Staffs were very helpful & friendly. Had a great time at both the restaurants & the bar. 3 menu cards with wide breakfast selections from East to West. Good selection of drinks/wines/cocktails too. Will definitely stay here again.

“The hotel is stunningly beautiful!” Every space here is artistic and incredibly chill—you can take photos anywhere in the hotel. The Art Centre showcases impressive paintings, while the European-style classic cinema adds a vintage touch. The swimming pool and spa offer a relaxing, resort-like experience. Most notably, the top floor provides a breathtaking panoramic view of Beijing, making it a popular photoshoot spot for many celebrities. The hotel’s location is very convenient, close to famous shopping and entertainment centers. I will definitely come back!

Stayed for 3 nights with some friends. The room itself was very spacious, with a great bathtub and a lovely view. The hotel breakfast and bar in the hotel provide a lot of quality options, but the location of the hotel also makes it ideal for anyone wanting to explore Beijing, as it is central but also surrounded by great bars and restaurants. The service in the hotel was also great, from check-in to check-out. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, and will likely return.

The location of the hotel is good and it is clean. To much disappointed, the service is not up to standard. Will be perfect if they are more helpful.

I spent an 8-night stay at Chao and was very satisfied with the experience. The location is convenient, the rooms are comfortable, and the decor is very modern. I would like to provide a small suggestion regarding the lighting. Since it was a long stay, the lighting in the room felt slightly dim, which could be uncomfortable for extended periods of work.

Stayed with colleagues, he had awesome breakfasts and loved the bar layout, a top hotel in Beijing to stay, plus close enough to all the sites which we went to like Tiananmen and Palace Museum

Overall nice hotel with a great location on the side of Sanlitun. There are a lot of restaurants in the vicinity as well as great shopping options that are fun to explore. Also you walk like 20mins to get to the club area near the other side of the stadium and you can have a lot of great evenings there. We liked our stay and the room had a mini bar and snacks that were restocked daily for free, also comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The ambient light is super nice and you can change it to a lot of colors.

Third day here. Best aspect of this hotel is the food offerings - excellent breakfast and dinner options. Locations is also excellent, being in the middle of Sanlitun - great restaurants and retail nearby. Just about everything else is a short taxi ride away.

Stayed here for 2nights, really satisfied with the staffs’ service minds! Nice and cool design, even offers artistic museum. The room was clean and spacious. Thank you Nan for the power bank and cute little gift for us! Definitely will come back!

The design of this hotel is exquisite and the room furnishings are excellent. Highly recommend.
