Ulasan Zsmart Hotel (Beijing West Railway Station North Square)

So chill and lovely place convenient to mall and subway station

Workers at front desk are extremely friendly and helpful. Checkin was easy. The hotel is a little old, the rooms are in need of a freshen up. Shower leaked through to toilet. Bedding and towels are clean. The bed was also comfortable. Room smelt of smoke. Hotel is in a great location, very close to Beijing train station. Plenty of food places close by too. Neighbourhood is very pretty and quite. This is a basic no frills hotel and price matches the rooms and location.

Location is near railway station which is good but generally room aren’t clean. As foreigner I didn’t have problems with checking in/out. We have to prepay online 527 rmb than in hotel same amount. For that price i went to much better hotels.

The hotel room was dirty, and not cleaned before I arrived, or not cleaned well. Had pee stains on the toilet seat. Floor was dirty, had not been hoovered. And staff rude. Actually the check in staff were nice, but not very professional. Would not go again, waste of money.

Decent hotel in nice location, surround by restaurants, shopping mall and the main west subway station to get to anywhere in Beijing

No window in the room, stuffy smoking smells, bad stains on carpet

Hotel is dated especially the carpet, it’s dirty and smells. Other than that, the location is close to Beijing West Train Station and a mall which has lots of Chinese food. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel does provide free WiFi unfortunately if you are a foreigner without a Chinese mobile number and Identity card, you won’t be able to register and use it.

Good and recommended

Located near trains station which made travel by train at ease. Surrounded with many eateries which can never be hungry. Hotel staff very helpful.

Close to the railway station, for those how wants to sleep near the station it is a good hotel

a pretty good hotel near the West railway station, it’s good to choose this hotel for rest before catching your train, the price is reasonable and the hotel is foreigners friendly
