Clean and tidy with comfortable bedding. The breakfast was plentiful, and they have a laundry room and gym. Service was responsive and the value for money was excellent. A solid choice for both business and family travel.

The room wasn't clean; there were still items left behind by the previous guest. The front desk service was practically non-existent; they didn't even say a word when I checked out. Breakfast was scarce and the quality was poor. Overall, it's a no-go. Don't book here 🙅

The room was spacious and comfortable, and my little one loved it, giving it a perfect score. The front desk staff had a great attitude; they even called me proactively when I left something in the room, which was excellent.

True to the Hilton brand, the environment and service here are top-notch. They even offer a shuttle service to Universal Studios, making it perfect for sightseeing and travel. It's a no-brainer – just go for it!

Stayed at this hotel to visit Universal Studios. They have their own shuttle bus, which is super convenient for getting to the park, departing daily at 7:20 AM and 9:20 AM. The hotel is quite new and the breakfast was good.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic, a perfect experience! A huge thank you to Summer, Coco, and Lucky at the front desk for their thoughtful fruit delivery. The room was incredibly spacious and clean, and the breakfast was a delicious mix of Western and Chinese options with a great variety. The room amenities were all top-notch, including a large floor-to-ceiling window. Plus, they have a robot for external deliveries, and there's a shuttle service to Universal Studios that you can book at check-in. Highly recommended!

We went to Beijing to visit Universal Studios with another family, and stayed in a family room. Overall, the room felt really good and was quite clean. The front desk service was also very warm and attentive, especially Xiao Li and Xiao He. The hotel breakfast was decent too. There's a free shuttle to Universal Studios, which is super convenient. We were very satisfied with the whole experience.

The hotel is great, I slept very comfortably, and it's not far from several attractions. If you're going to Tongzhou, this should be your first choice. The breakfast could offer more variety, but other services were excellent.

The room was quite spacious and quiet, service was excellent, and breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The transportation was also very convenient, with a shuttle service to Universal Studios. It was a great stay, and I'd definitely come back again.

The room was incredibly spacious and spotless. The front desk staff were also very considerate. What's more, the TVs in the rooms on the 3rd floor support screen mirroring, which is a nice touch, though other floors don't have this feature. The best part is its proximity to Universal Studios and the convenient shuttle service. Highly recommend for anyone planning a trip to Universal! 👍

The hotel is located at an intersection. Upon entering the lobby, I was greeted proactively. The room was well-equipped, and I was upgraded to a Hampton Suite. I particularly liked the swivel TV, which allowed me to watch from either the bed or the sofa. The front desk staff, particularly Ms. JR, provided enthusiastic service. She helped resolve various issues during my stay and genuinely cared for each guest's feelings and needs. She was always responsive to requests, making for a perfect experience!

I have to give the Hampton by Hilton Beijing Canal a full 5-star rating! The front desk service was fantastic; check-in was quick, and the staff were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding was soft, and the facilities were complete. The bathroom and shower area had a great wet/dry separation design. The breakfast selection was incredibly rich, offering both Chinese and Western options, all fresh and delicious. The dining environment was clean, and the service staff were very responsive. The location is also excellent, with convenient transportation, and it's close to the canal, making for pleasant walks. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. It offers great value for money, suitable for both business trips and tourism. I'll definitely be back!

Traveling with kids, the hotel is about a 7-8 minute taxi ride from Metro Lines 1 and 6. It's roughly less than 8 kilometers to Universal Studios, a taxi ride of about 20 minutes. The hotel offers scheduled shuttle services to Universal Studios; you can register and book upon check-in. The breakfast is quite good, especially the noodles, and the restaurant staff's service attitude was excellent, very satisfying. The hotel facilities are complete, and there's a master control switch by the bed in the bedroom. What's most commendable is that the room has a sofa bed, which was very comfortable for the whole family to sleep on. The front desk service was also great; the lady who checked us in helped us resolve many issues, and we're very grateful. All in all, we are very satisfied with choosing this hotel and it's worth staying again. Hampton by Hilton is trustworthy, a top choice for business trips and family travel! 👍👍👍

Traveling with my kids, we stayed here last year and had a great experience, so we didn't even look for another hotel this time, just booked the Hilton Garden Inn Canal Business District again. The front desk lady, Ms. Cui, was very helpful with our check-in. At first, I thought all the room types were the same, but it turned out to be a bit different from what we had last year. Luckily, I mentioned it to the front desk, and they switched us to a room that was quite similar to our previous one, which was really nice of them. It's about 8 or 9 kilometers from Universal Studios, and there's a free shuttle bus, which is super convenient when traveling with kids. The breakfast has a good variety and tastes excellent. If you have any issues or need anything, just call the front desk, and they handle it very well. For food delivery, a robot brings it right to your room. There's also a free laundry room and a gym, so the facilities are quite comprehensive, and the environment is lovely. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Overall, a fantastic experience.
