KK Sapa Hotel is a 5 ⭐️ hotel locates at end of Sapa Town. a 10-15 minutes walk to Sapa SunPlaza train Station with lots of restaurants n souvenirs shops along . It has a big n gorgeous golden hall with very helpful n friendly young Customer Service Staffs. 15th  level is  Public lounge for tired hotel customers who arrive early and cannot check it yet for resting, recharging n reading with clean beautiful restrooms n a cafe . there’s a little library 📚 there for reading . You can take a nap n slip ur cuppa ☕️ viewing the pa romantic mountainous view!  Hotel buffet breakfast is great with a variety of food served.  i’ve booked a Double king bed with beautiful mountains view . The room also comes with balcony for you to slip ur coffee n drink ur beer 🍺 while admiring the misty mountains 🏔️ views.  there’s a big bathtub 🛀🏻 n standing showing room with toilet beside. i’ve enjoyed a pampered lovely staycation celebrating our 2nd honeymoon together 👩❤️👨💐

The hotel was amazing! We came earlier than check in time they suggested us for take a rest at executive lounge (at 15th floor) and can use the shower room (before we look around Sapa). They have restaurant, cafe, swimming pool, gym and SPA. They do check in at 1st lobby at 1st floor and some taxis will drop you at 2nd lobby at 15th floor. The room was clean and neat. They gave us 1 person foot herbal bath as complimentary and 30% discount for massage. The breaksfast had a lot of option, they served pho too! The staff were helpful and nice :) For occasion honeymoon they were not provide/ give some special things.

We were impressed by the size of the room and the bathroom. We love that the windows are so big so that we can enjoy the view from the room, which is the highlight of our stay. Our experience in this hotel was fantastic, from the delicious breakfast to the morning view. The service was also great, the staff were always helpful.

We really loved our stay here as the service was absolutely amazing. They surprised us with some decorations and even a cake as I remarked our stay as a honeymoon! The view was also stunning. Would highly recommend anyone who’s considering staying here and we ourselves would definitely visit this hotel again.

Average, can't check in earlier and no response in email. Not recommended.

Good location, walkable to Sapa centre. The bed is comfy, hotel is clean and staff is helpful - special thanks to Sarah for assisting us with all the necessary info and booking. She speaks very good English 👍🏻

Just walking distance from Moana Sapa. The room was spacious and clean. Tried to get more mineral water but the staff said each day will only supply us with 2 bottles, any extra will need to pay. Unlike other hotels, they will replenish upon request.

The location of the hotel was near to Sapa Center. The view from our room was majestic and very relaxing especially in the morning. Hotel staff Sarah was accomodating and she always ask us if we needed help during our stay. They also prepare a cake in our room since it was my birthday. Breakfast with mountain view was awesome. The coffee area at level 11 was so calm and very peaceful to rest. The massage was the best after a rainy day travel to Fansipan. Definitely will book again this hotel if ever i come and visit Sapa.

Initially booked other hotel but unfortunately it closed due to evacuation. Passby KK Sapa Hotel and decided to stay due to its location - excellent view! Overall services were exceptional, from the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive staff throughout my stay (thank you Trang!). The room was beautifully appointed and immaculately clean, providing the ultimate comfort. Dining and spa options were diverse and delicious, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a luxurious getaway!

Wonderful view with balcony. Choose the one facing the mountain view and you may see the sunset. The staff are very helpful, gave a lot of information upon checking in and when checking out, Mr Trong helped to call to check on the Sapa bus, he also helped to carry the luggage! There is a rose garden, a spa facility and Miss Khu provides wonderful leg massage with good price. There is also an exit at level 15, which leads to the town in less than 10 minutes. Good breakfast which starts from 6:30am.

Perfect stay so far. Short 10 mins walk to city centre, wide spread for breakfast. Only draw back gotten a slightly blocked view of the mountain

We booked the family suite and am happy with it. There was plenty of space for the three of us with two rooms and a living room space. Each room has its own toilet. We ordered room service for the first night due to late check in but the staff wasn’t able to take our orders properly (due to language barrier) Waited 45 mins but food didn’t come and turned out our food got cancelled. Had to call reception to help us order and had to wait again. Overall the suite is lovely. Didn’t get good view :( was rather disappointed. Sarah was helpful with our stay.

Very good place to stay Just near center We have great stay here (3nights), the receptionist Sarah is very friendly and kind, though we complained about noises (the construction beside hotel) , she did free upgrade the room Will stay again Highly recommend

The best for relaxing vacation. Wonderful view & good breakfast buffet. I love the Front desk staff very accommodating & speak English fluently. Sarah is the best customer service i had fast & reliable. Love their Spa service we stay 2 nights & had a good massage in 2 consecutive knights. Thank you KK Sapa Hotel will definitely going back & highly recommended 💕🇻🇳
