Ulasan Atour Hotel of Beijing Tiananmen Wangfujing Pedestrian Street

Not close to the main road but its ok.. Plus point is located at wanfujing which is convenient to shop.

Hotel was located at a strategic location. Came with family, booked 2 rooms, this is the 2nd review...

Very good location as it is near Wangfujing area. Room is considered small but sufficient to open our 2 luggages. Reminder that Didi cannot access to drop off directly at hotel so need to walk about 1 min to the roadside

Location is good, however take note cars cannot drive to the hotel entrance as is at the walking pedestrian pathway, so need to walk to the main road to catch the car so if travelling with elderly need to plan. Near eateries and shops.

Feel comfortable staying in this hotel. Good service & delicious breakfast served local Chinese breakfast. Will come back to stay when I go Beijing again.

Location was good. Staff really tried to help us with their warm heart. The best was breakfast. I visited most of well known famous restaurants near Beijing. But this hotel's breakfast was one of the best I bet. Tofu was amazed. Fried rice, noodle. Yummy yummy ~~When I stay hotel, I only order one breakfast coz if it isn't good, that will be waste of money. But in this hotel, I should order more. Chef must be proud of themselves. I wanted to visit there for breakfast ~~ oh I didn't take a picture. That was big sorry😢

Arranged a birthday cake for hubby as a surprise. Sent fever patch when we were sick. Service is excellent. Location is convenient.

Excellent hotel in centre of Beijing. We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed it greatly. The hotel has a very comfortable bed and is well equipped with amenities, drinks and snacks. It also offers a free night meal of congee. The staff are helpful and friendly. The location is the best - highly recommend!

The hotel's service is very good. All staff at the front desk were very prompt in helping the guests. The location of the hotel is very good and it is one of the best choices if you are a tourist having fun around Wangfujing. Because of the limited infrastructure of the old building(the renovation is good), some of the rooms are particularly loud for air exchange and you can not switch off it. So if you are sound-sensitive, please ask the front desk to change the room.

The hotel management is not in a good condition because the rooms cleaning has not been checked after room cleaning. We return to our room with mess condition such as the room garbage is not put into collection place and coffee caps are not put in order. Drink water are not provided…..

Nice and clean, staffs are friendly

Clean, small and cosy room. Breakfast was 99% Chinese style. The 煎饼/煎果 thing taste good. Bed is comfortable. The annoying part is I cannot just leave the bathroom lights turned on at night, it’s linked to the mirror’s lights. If you order delivery and indicated room number, the robot will deliver the item straight to your room. Soundproof is pretty poor, can hear literally everything loud and clear 😅

This is the worst Atour I have ever stayed. The entire room is a smelly steamer whose a/c is not functioning at all. The cool mode is not working and the hotel seems to have no intention to fix it. The toilet is also smelly - and its smell would be stuck in the room with you with the malfunctioning a/c. It is just the worst you could imagine for a room with inner facing window. There is no noise insulation at all - I was waken up by people walking (and children screaming) on the corridor every morning. First night no towel was provided. DO NOT STAY unless you want it to ruin your trip.
