Hands down the best hotel I've stayed in during my annual visits to China. The rooms are very clean and well-maintained. They have two sets of commercial washer/dryers -- something I've never seen anywhere else in China. Breakfast features local produce and Beijing specialties. Naturally flavored mineral water is available throughout the day. There is an automatic espresso machine in the main lobby, with an ice machine right next to it. Brew an espresso, take a cup of ice, and use the milk from the breakfast room to make iced coffee. Tea is good quality, too. Staff will happily gift you as much Nongfu Spring water as you want. Very close to the subway and bus station. Wifi is solid. There are two robots. There is one negative, however: You will keep thinking about this hotel when you are visiting other cities.

The hotel is good and room was clean and neat and bed comfortable. Washroom clean and provide all amenities which require for any guest. They have coffee bar in lobby and it’s free. The location of hotel is convenient for those need to stay close to Beijing South Railway station.

Small rooms but cozy. A comfortable bad, different types of pillows. Free coffee and water with lemon at the lobby. 5 min walking from the nearest subway station, very convenient for PKX airport, highly recommended!

地點方便，位於翠林小區，從北京南站到酒店開車7分鐘，此外一站地鐵到草桥地鐵站，草橋有去大興機場的地鐵，無論坐火車或飛機都十分方便。 酒店走2分鐘可以坐公車48路到前門及牛街，可以再轉5路公車到故宮。 酒店走8分鐘到景風門地鐵站就可以到各大景點，非常棒！ 房間有小桌子及梳化，坐著吃水果方便，加分！ 酒店對面有好吃的鍋貼，非常棒！

Pésimo servicio. Mi maleta apareció rota y abierta en la habitación después de que pasara el servicio de limpieza. Negaron el hecho, se negaron a tomar la responsabilidad y a dar ningún tipo de compensación. Cuando pedimos la hoja de reclamaciones no tenían, la única solución era llamar a la policía.

房間温馨且乾淨衞生，就是窗户關不上，其他都很滿意。交通便利，位置也很好找，地鐵 公交 出租車都很方便， 服務：滿意

親子旅遊，在網上搜尋的北京南站附近，網上評價都蠻好，酒店整體裝修風格蠻不錯的，果斷下單5天4晚的行程，7月3日下午到的北京南站，乘14號線一站到景風路G出口，地鐵出來約5分鐘步行到酒店，交通很方便，到天安門廣場、王府井、頤和園、天壇等著名景點都在乘坐一小時左右的地鐵就能到達。酒店裡的工作人員態度都蠻好的，前台有免費的酸梅湯、檸檬汁、咖啡等飲品，還有機器人免費送貨服務，負一層有免費洗衣機、哄幹機、健身器材，就是晚上洗衣服要排隊，但還是蠻方便的。有事電話前台，也是隨叫隨處理，整體體驗很棒，就是附近有點冷清，最近的萬達廣場步行10分鐘左右，不過以後有機會來北京還會選擇如家！

房間整體乾淨衞生 淋雨間的下水道有點堵 ，但是很快解決了。攜程客服還送了兩份早餐 非常感謝 早餐也很豐富 小吃 水果餛燉 麪 周邊近萬達廣場 北京大觀園 地鐵口 很是方便 早晨還可以去旁邊的河邊跑步

房屋乾淨，前台服務很好，外賣有機器人送到房門口，退房後可寄存行李，出門步行即可到地鐵站，總體體驗不錯

前台服務態度好，超級熱情，房間超乾淨衞生，還有洗衣服務，早餐豐盛，出門左轉直走就是地鐵口，交通很便利，總體入住十分滿意，下次還會再來！賓至如歸的感覺😃

房間很大，寬敞。服務滿分，找了幾次，態度都很好。大廳有免費的酸梅湯喝，有洗衣機，烘乾機。晚上睡覺也安靜。給我安排了一樓，出現了2次小蟲子，自己踩死了。還有網速有點慢。

交通方便，距離高鐵和地鐵很近，周邊吃的也挺多的，設施很新，用着很方便。 房間浴巾每日可以更換，前台服務很好，給5分…
