The room was fantastic, and all the facilities were great. It's incredibly good compared to other hotels in the same price range. The staff were especially warm and welcoming; they actively helped me with a last-minute room change, which I really appreciated.

The hotel's location is great, very close to the subway station, making it ideal for those visiting Universal Studios. There's a mall right outside, and plenty of dining options. Facilities: Many things were broken. The sink was cracked, the TV couldn't stream apps properly, and both showerheads (upper and lower) were out of order. Hygiene: It was a bit dirty with some dust. Environment: Decent, there's a 'starry sky' gym. Service: Okay.

Breakfast was great, the place was spotless, and I'd definitely choose it again on my next visit to Universal.

The cleanliness was subpar. There was toilet paper and hair from the previous guest still on the nightstand, which was really disgusting. The floor was sticky from something spilled earlier. Breakfast was disappointing; the lady cooking the frozen wontons kept disappearing and wouldn't come back for a long time, leaving nothing to eat. I won't be staying here again.

This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I'd strongly recommend staying at hotels like Hanting or Atour instead. 1. **Check-in:** Our check-in was a nightmare. We were the only ones at the counter initially, but after five minutes, two more people arrived. One was processed in about a minute. The other person queued behind me. Five minutes later, the front desk staff told me to go to another counter, then proceeded to check in the person *behind* me instead. All three of us were standing there when he finally asked me, "Are you two checking in?"... Then he asked for my ID again, even though I had already handed it to him when we first arrived. We waited another ten minutes, during which he offered us a room upgrade. We were absolutely exhausted after a long day and just wanted to get to our room. But five minutes later, he retracted the upgrade offer. We finally got checked in after another five minutes. This was hands down the most inefficient service I've ever encountered! 2. **Hairdryer:** On the first night, I tried to dry my hair only to find the hairdryer only blew cold air. It was late, so I just put up with it, but my head ached all night from the cold. The next day, I requested a hairdryer that actually blew hot air. They brought one, but it kept cutting out every ten seconds. Seriously, does this hotel not have a single functional hairdryer? 3. **Wi-Fi:** The Wi-Fi was absolutely terrible. It was barely good enough for sending messages, and completely useless for anything else. Streaming videos or playing games was impossible; everything just buffered endlessly and wouldn't load. 4. **Room Cleaning:** I specifically requested multiple times for our room not to be cleaned, yet they still came in and cleaned it while we were out. Now all my clothes need to be re-washed. We're checking out tomorrow, and I'm stuck with wet clothes that I'll have to pack for a two-day flight journey. To make matters worse, after the cleaning, I found bloodstains on the duvet cover from who knows where. 5. **Hairdryer Delivery:** I called the hotel to request a hairdryer, but after waiting over ten minutes, it still hadn't arrived. When I called again to follow up, they flat-out told me they had no record of such a request. 6. **Smart Assistant:** The in-room smart assistant was completely useless. I'd ask it to turn on the AC or switch off the TV, and it would confirm "command executed," but absolutely nothing would happen.
