Saya suka kolam renang dan bilik juga. Cuma lokasinya jauh dari segala-galanya. Tetapi anda boleh sampai ke sana dengan basikal dalam masa 10 minit

Saya sangat kecewa berada di sana..
tempahan untuk Grand Mega Resort tetapi mereka berpindah ke hotel lain ( Grand mega boutique and Spa ), saya tahu ia sudah dinaik taraf tetapi ia sangat tidak dijangka.

I changed three rooms. There is mold, stains, rust, hair everywhere. The smell of dampness. Mold on the walls. Rust on bed linen. The curtains in one of the rooms were broken.

The noise every day was just intolerable. It was like living in a building site, hammering, breaker guns, drills! Then there was the non stop screaming of over excited children at 7:30am in the pool. I called reception & kindly asked them to have a quiet word with the father & nothing happened.
Also the overwhelming smell of mould was just horrible. I’ve had to wash all my clothes because the smell penetrated every item.

The building has aged a lot and needs some maintenance, cleanliness very average had to call and ask for the room to be recleaned as it was filthy. Pool bar has closed, unsure why but was one reason we booked as at my last stay enjoyed cocktails by the pool. Breakfast is woeful, doesn’t cater for western tastes at all. The staff however are wonderful, so helpful and accommodating and the pool is pristine.

The staff was very nice but the room was not…theres an ants and mosquitos and not soundprof we heard everything outside especially from other walking and talking

Bad experience stay in this hotel not higienis, laundry lost one shirt, a few hours before checkout the aircon already closed, bad wifi.

Very cheap price for a very huge room and all the things inside . This hotel is supposed to be 5 stars but 2 stars maintenance . But i guess its a good deal

The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful, but the facility sucks! I have no idea why it is rated as 4stars. My pillows were dirty so I used my extra dress to cover one of them. I've seen cockroaches in my room too! Pictures are deceiving OnLine. My room smells like molds, there were spider webs in my dresser. The toilet bowl, bathtub, and sink have had visible dirt stains.

The room design is very nice for a price of around USD 20, but the room is not very clean, there is still a lot of dust, and the floor is also all dust.
For location, very strategic.

The hotel look nice from outside but when u enter to lobby and go to the room are very poor, bed linen was stain everywhere I found pieces of hair under the pillow and blankets, water in the shower are salty, reception will not give you any more time for late check out otherwise u have to pay, I stay many hotel and they are pretty cool and really understand about their guest if as late check out, even give us maximum’s 2pm but this hotel u have to leave or check out at 12 or 12.30 pm

Totally different with the photos, very dirty. Ants near the table, a lot of mosquitoes but they not provide the insect repellent inside the room. Lucky I’m not booking for whole of my trips there. Can say its disgusting.
Not looks like 4stars hotel. I don’t understand why they can get the star with this quality. The location is strategic but there’s a lot of hotel nearby too. Better not choose here.
I booked with breakfast (kinda regret to booked with breakfast, better go outside to eat, since bali have a lot of good food with good quality, fresh and cheap).
Feels like get pranks.
I stayed in 3 star hotel with better service and cleanlinesses.
Really not recommend.
