設施齊全，房間有大有小，我們訂了三間，給升級了一間山頂大大房，視野很好，民宿附屬有一家農家菜館和咖啡店，都不錯，服務挺好，早餐管飽，農家菜也不錯。當地住宿這算很好的了。國慶還有演出和免費講解，值得來。

This hotel was amazing, everything we could have asked for. The Spa Room Mountain View was perfect, private hot tub on the terrace, huge outdoor seating and a BBQ, giant cosy room with underfloor heating and a bonus cinema area in the corner. The surroundings are glorious and the village is beautiful. There are no restaurants or bars at all in the village (the hotel does have a menu, albeit somewhat limited) so take snacks and drinks if you’re that way inclined.
小七 and her team are wonderful, friendly and helpful. The language of operations there is Chinese so prepare for that but they will do whatever they can to make your stay comfortable. I couldn’t recommend it enough and can’t wait to come back!

老闆小姐姐熱情又周到，從預訂開始，真的是有求必應，所有問題一分鐘之內準保有迴音。早飯超好吃，端午還特別做了粽子，一大清早就撐到扶牆實在捨不得浪費還兜着走了的我本人，第一次遇到一家我想按頭安利給所有人並且還想再來的民宿，特別特別棒

端午節帶着娃和媽媽來過節，熱情的店家，漫山的果樹，極有野趣。在生態園悠閑地爬山，野花遍地，停停走走。正直杏子熟了，渴了隨手摘一個，從舌尖甜到心裏，是我見過最大的杏子。早餐有熱粥和棗饅頭、小菜、雞蛋，很好吃。正餐有水庫魚，有紅燒雞。一家人流連忘返，和店家相約九月份來吃梨。

Perfect location, really well feeling. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The bedding was really good- not to hard and not to soft. Breakfast was higher levelled Chinese style - really good. The coffee was already out of stock after the first night - no way to get it on stock again. This should be not happen in this high price hotel. The landscape around invites for hiking. The infinity pool was already open. The hotel staff guided as on an nice hiking trail. Very supportive! For the dinner we used on one evening the inside restaurant - really tasty. We also used on the other days restaurants around in other villages. To have the own car with you is highly recommended.
Highlight for us was the unexpected funny playground (kids and adults had fun).

老闆人很好 熱情 溝通輕暢！我們原本定的普通房 到店發現正好空着一個2居室的獨院 直接加費用入住了！
確實很驚喜的，房間的細節滿滿 完全是回到家的感覺，村子真的很安靜 不喧鬧 乾淨整潔，獨院的私密性也很好 完全不會有任何被打擾的感覺，白天可以逛逛村裡挺有韻味，晚間和親朋吃點燒烤和當地特色菜 再泡個恆温私湯簡直不要太舒服～ 週末遠離都市選來這家民宿真的很放鬆啊！
服務也很周到 房間細節交代的清晰，可以説是有求必應。
民宿離鎮裏也很近 採買東西都挺方便的 開車很快。
遺憾的是照片拍的少，真的蠻值得一去的，已經開始期待下次再去了。

晚上提前預訂的小院的壽喜鍋，貌似是羊肉，建議下次換牛肉，因為有朋友可能羊肉過敏喲，或者可選也行，味道還是很棒的，生食雞蛋🥚+10
早起的早餐，會暖心的提前徵求送過來的時間，每一次來幫忙送東西，都會提前羣裏打招呼，不會冒然的打擾，而且真的很耐心，把服務做出了被超級尊重和關懷的感覺，這種感覺真好～～
位置很好找，市區開車過去大概一小時多一點，老闆老闆娘會親自出來接，也會親自送，會安排好車子
温泉可以恆温保持，而且可以遠程調節温度，衹要在羣裏和老闆説一下大概幾點到，水温高一點低一點就好啦
小窗是三層loft，一層大大的榻榻米沙發電影室，卧室，雙衞，二層泡湯，三層夏天可以燒烤，其實住一家四口沒有問題，小朋友最喜歡睡榻榻米，是地暖，很舒服。
小窗樓梯旁的窗是我最愛的那種，可以看到天空，樹枝，且衹可以看到天空雲朵和樹枝，抬頭看，整個世界都是美好～希望我家以後也可以設計一個這樣的小窗
整體的定製傢俱設計都不錯，用的材料也不錯、我家是做定製的，所以每次去民宿都是學習開拓思路也是評估，這家的老闆，在我們所有的案例裏，是周到且有品質的！希望越來越好！

[Lokasi] Selepas melihat plak di Dajiang Hutong, saya berjalan ke dalam sekejap dan tiba ketika saya tiba di tengah malam, saya bimbang untuk memburuk-burukkan orang di lorong untuk mencari tempat, tetapi saya mendapati ia sangat mudah. PPengguna Tetamu房間倒還算大，但是房間內衹配備有兩個小沙發椅且沒有合適的可以放置電腦或者是寫字吃飯的桌子，衹能自己搬着沙發和桌子調整位置。
再就是房間雖然有小機器人的送餐服務，但是出現了多次久等不到要打電話催促前台才會送達的情況，而且由於桔子水晶酒店和桔子酒店僅一牆之隔，外賣員容易送錯。
酒店的衞生打掃倒也算盡職盡責，但第一天發現忘了給小毛巾，給前台打電話之後希望能夠補上，並且多送一兩條上來，但是送上來的毛巾一條不多。第二天又發現忘了給地巾，可見這一塊的管理確實存在問題。還有酒店的浴袍非常難用，冬天這個時間稍微穿一下就全是靜電
最後是入住時候的前台服務問題，深夜入住外面很冷本來進入酒店的時候就比較難受，酒店前台不説幫忙拎一下行李或者倒一杯熱水，連最基本的快速高效完成入住手續都做不到。在看到我訂房的平台是攜程之後就開始了集團會員的推銷，不僅一個笑臉沒有，還全程以給人“你不説我就能猜到”和“這你就不知道了吧”講述我訂酒店的價格有多貴和多划不來。在我用計算器除算髮現我的預訂價格比加入他們會員的價格低（甚至在不包括入會費的情況下）後，他們居然好意思繼續推銷，並且希望我在入住第一晚後取消訂單在他們平台上重新下單。而他們的推銷從始至終沒有提到過有季度會員的選項，拿過我的手機後也是直接為我選擇的200多塊錢的年度會員。加上入會費後，實際房費甚至會比我預訂的每晚要高60塊錢。在我明確表示不感興趣之後他們瞬間停止了服務，甚至沒有給我指示電梯的方位，連房間所在的樓層都是我問了之後才回答的。這種入住體驗真的是前所未有，新奇至極

LLay Gim ChrisNeed to compliment the service staffs here, very helpful and kind, especially Ms Su. She helped us double check our train tickets. We didn't have local number so the staffs also help to use their personal phone to do food ordering for us. We have some parcels sent to the hotel and had some issues, the frontdesk also help to talk to logistic people to arrange them to resend the correct item. All in all I will come back just for the service staffs. Located near train station which is nearby alot of attractions.

JJulia CLWe got confused after we checked in and noticed that there wasn't a door into the bathroom. Called the housekeeping, and they informed that the door was removed because it was spoilt. I think its rather irresponsible to not inform beforehand. The room was changed after complaining. The new room, not sure if it's because it's winter, it's like a sauna in the room! Even the corridor is cooler than the room! There is nothing we can do to adjust the temperature and with the direct sunlight shining in, it just makes it worse.
During checking in, I enquired about some day tours but the front office staff couldn't give much information. Generally, the staff are not very enthusiastic and friendly.
The plus point is the location. It is about 5 mins walk from Xidan metro station. Lots of food and shopping around the hotel.

The room was incredibly spacious, allowing us to move around comfortably. My son was over the moon with the bathtub – it was a definite highlight of his stay!
One standout feature was the presence of two bathrooms, which proved to be a game-changer in terms of convenience. No more morning rush hour! I must give a special shout-out to the desk guy, Leo, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. His excellent service truly made a difference.
The location is also a major plus – surrounded by numerous restaurants, we were spoiled for choice when it came to dining options. It's a huge relief not having to venture far for a delicious meal.
All in all, this hotel exceeded our expectations and provided us with a fantastic family experience. We'll definitely be returning on our next visit!

Stayed in Jan 15 in 2025. It is just the best one for kids and families in Sanya and offer everything you need- from best sea views, close location to airport, clean and nice relax areas and of corse best ever kids playing areas inc carting, video games, non stop entertaiment activities, darts, snooker, table tennis and more! Cant believe they even have small zoo! Will we come back again? Deffinetely big YES! See you soon!

LLLL...Go straight out of the hotel lobby door, turn right to go to the nearest metro station/exit which is Zhushikou. Turn left to eat and shop at the famous Qianmen street and also other hutongs/alley. Totally worth it. Plus, there’s a Luckin coffee and Lawson opposite the hotel. Really convenient!
They kept the room really clean. There are some complaints about the drainage smell which there really is in the toilet but you will get used to it and eventually it will disappear as you take shower.
Overall it was a very good experience and nice place. The staffs were friendly and helpful.
Remember to clean the filter of the dryer if you wish to use it. As it’s quite dusty but I think people rarely use it anyways so I am fine with it. I even helped them clean and wash the dust away.
Anyways, I will definitely book again if I come back to Beijing. 💯

Whether you're looking to explore the trendy bars and restaurants in Sanlitun or need to commute via public transport from Dongzhimen, everything is just a stone's throw away. I was able to quickly reach popular attractions and business areas, which made my trip extremely convenient.
Check - in Process
Upon arrival, the front - desk staff greeted me with warm smiles and professionalism. They were efficient in handling my check - in, providing all the necessary information about the hotel facilities and services. Any questions I had were answered patiently, and they even offered some great local tips on where to grab a late - night snack, which was very thoughtful.

DDr. Julio BernalWe love this hotel for the location and the size of the room. The place is very luxurious but one thing that can be improved is the temperature for the rooms. They over used the heater and we had to ask to lower it. It still felt too warm. We asked them to open the room window but still it was too hot. The breakfast was very good with some room for improvement. The buffet looked cramped in an area of the restaurant. The location of some of the items wasn’t the most strategically. For instance, to grab some fruit you have to be practically on top of other items of the salad bar. People could literally breath on top of the food. Overall this hotel is great but it needs a major upgrade in the rooms and the wet area of the gym/pool. The showers there need some work. The steam room wasn’t working. Only the dry sauna worked. It need better cleaning as well
