My recent stay at the Beijing Tiananmenwangfujing Manxin Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with a sense of tranquility and elegance that set the tone for my entire trip. The hotel's modern design, infused with subtle touches of traditional Chinese aesthetics, creates a truly unique and welcoming atmosphere. Location, Location, Location: The hotel's location is unbeatable. Situated just steps away from Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, and the bustling Wangfujing shopping street, it's the perfect base for exploring the city's iconic landmarks and vibrant culture. The convenient access to the metro station also made it easy to venture further afield. Comfort and Convenience: My room was a haven of comfort and style. The spacious layout, plush bedding, and modern amenities provided everything I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the complimentary bottled water and the well-stocked tea and coffee station. Exceptional Service: What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional staff. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. I must specifically commend their honesty and efficiency. After I accidentally left a necklace in my room, they promptly contacted me and arranged for its safe return. This act of kindness truly exemplified their commitment to guest satisfaction. Beyond Expectations: The Manxin Hotel Wangfujing exceeded my expectations in every way. It's a perfect blend of modern comfort, traditional charm, and outstanding service. Whether you're visiting Beijing for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience.

Located within walking distance to Wangfujing centre, very convenience to hunt for foods. Compliment washer & dryer available at B2. Please avoid peak usage in the evening. Many private driver outside the hotel offering private tour to Great Wall at very reasonable price. Will certainly back to this hotel when I visit Beijing next time.

The lady working in the lobby was kind and helpful. She brought our things up and placed them into our room when we left our bags in the lobby as we arrived a lot earlier than the check-in time. She was also very helpful to the questions we had. Furthermore, the hotel is clean and tidy. They also sent up room slippers and extra things using a robot. The location is also great as it is tucked at the corner of a walking street and you can see locals playing badminton, basketball and dancing nearby around dinner time. I highly recommend this place!

Sesiapa yang suka makan makanan jalanan, makanan tempatan Syorkan tempat ini. 🚊Berdekatan stesen Zhushikou line 8, Exit A, 220 meter berjalan kaki dari stesen. 🍲Hotel ini di pintu masuk ke Jalan Qianmen Anda boleh berjalan melalui lorong Jalan Qianmen ke jalan selari Terdapat banyak kedai beras tempatan yang menjual dari pagi hingga petang, harga yang murah. 🏢Bilik boleh melaraskan sendiri penghawa dingin. (Menginap pada 12-16 Apr) Kami menempah bilik tanpa tingkap. Tetapi saya tidak berasa tidak selesa langsung. 🏢Hotel ini menyediakan 2 botol air minuman dan 2 tin minuman ringan setiap hari. 🏢Di penerimaan tetamu terdapat teh jujube disediakan sepanjang hari. 🏢Dari jam 22:00-23:00 terdapat snek lewat malam dihidangkan. (Tetapi saya belum mencubanya lagi. Kenyang, balik hotel setiap hari Jadi saya tidak boleh memakannya.) 🏢Ada mesin basuh dan pengering disediakan. (Tetapi saya belum mencuba menggunakannya lagi.)

Everything in regards to our stay at the Grand Hyatt was 6* except for the WiFi which wasn't of international standards. Location was spot on a central network linked to the mall with major big brands Which is linked to the 1st class train system. It's also 30mins walk to the Forbidden city. And the gym 🏋️♀️ and Pool and Spa was simply immaculate and luxurious first class with a heated pool oasis. Wished I could have spent more time enjoying the facilities. And what complimented well to the global luxurious brand was it's staff members! I have to call out the exceptional 2 departments Conceige and Housekeeping which was truly above and beyond!!! Daniel -assisted with restaurant bookings and forbidden City tickets reservations. And when he was off duty he still wechat me to suggest how to maximise the use of our tickets and best way to maximise time to visit Tianamen Square too and tips too on best way all this while he was off duty! Such dedication!!! Another staff whom I like to recognise is Cecila also from Conceige. When asked for directions on day 1, she didn't just verbalise, she left her station and ushered us all the way outside and showed us the right way around to our breakfast destination. On day 2, which is also check out day, she realised its J birthday and made arrangments for not 1 but 2 bakes so that our dearest friends could enjoy together too. She also kept in touch on wechat to organise all our logistical arrangments several times. Each time with a 😃 smile. Outstanding! Housekeeping lady for rooms 1221 and 1220 was simple though and detailed and went above and beyond too. So much personal touch to all that she did which most would never bother! Good job!! And best of all, she didn't expect anything in return. Absolutely admirable! Unsung hero! Check in staff Allan was pleasant and swift with our late check in and made our final day breakfast logistics seamless. Thank you and thanks for responding efficiently on wechat too. Con- WiFi sucks badly.....surprised that a 5* global brand couldn't keep u to. Chengdu 4* service Residence. So frustrating for global travellers like ourselves. Hope the next time we stay here sky guo would have fixed this feedback! Alongside with ensuring that luke warm pre made coffee will not be served. Absolutely charming sales director

The location of the hotel is good - very near to Chongwenmen station. Surrounding the hotel are malls and many eateries. The room was very big and spacious which is good. Very clean too.

The room we rented was unexpectedly spacious. It has 2 big bedrooms, 1 living room, pantry, 2 baths and 3 toilets. Beds are comfortable and they changed towels everyday. They also provide a lot of tissue in the rooms which is a big plus when travelling in China, as tissue seems to be quite a rarity. Although there is a small pantry for usage, but they do not provide any cutleries or plates. We had to request for some at the reception. Overall, it was an excellent and comfortable stay and I will definitely stay here if I visit Beijing again. However, there is one confusion though, although we booked under Bai Fu Yi hotel, but the room is not a hotel it is actually situation adjacent to a service apartment name D Rita apartments. Hence, after check in we couldn't take the lift at the hotel even though we tried to swipe our key card at the elevator. So, we went back to reception and the staff brought us to another building which is connected with the hotel to take the lift there and it is the D Rita apartment lift. It would be nice if the website clarify this during booking as to set the right expectations. Luckily, the service apartment room turned out to be great and we really enjoyed the stay.

I've picked this location to attend concert at Olympic stadium. It's conveniently located near metro/mall/supermart. Hotel is clean, compact & comes with free laundry & gym. When I'm back from a show at 10.30pm, I tried the bun as supper (available between 10-11pm). Overall, it's value for money. But do ask for help / explanation as the staff may not be very proactive in explaining.

Staff at Sofitel Beijing are welcoming and service level you can expect are on par with other 5 star international hotel brands around the world (although this is definitely not the case everywhere in China). There are numerous hotels in Beijing to chose from, but I have decided to come back to the Sofitel everytime, simply because I know I will get the same level of service and etiquette. A special shout out to Clarey and Leah for their professionalism and customer service which made my stay that much more enjoyable. The deluxe rooms are very very generally sized and the suites on the top floors have some of the largest floor space in my experience. One downside of a nice, fancy, modern decor is that it uses many different materials and does not hide general wear and tear well, leaving scratches and scrapes that looks worse than it is. Comfort level of the hotel is definitely the main draw card. Makes it difficult to want to leave the hotel. But the subway is a 5 min walk if you want to get around during peak hour to avoid traffic congestion, otherwise getting around with DiDi or taxis are fairly cheap where ever you go with the hotel’s location.

A truly excellent 5-star hotel (if not better) in a great location with wonderful staff in and around the premise! Of special mention is the Front Office Manager, Mr Su Yan, who quickly and tirelessly helped salvage an issue with a friend who was initially part of the booking for the Twin-room. As this friend had submitted his passport to an embassy for a visa, he couldn't check in with me. As a result, a request was made for a double bed for single occupancy which was promptly met without incurring further charges. All staff, from the front office to housekeeping, maintained their courteous smiles and greetings throughout my 4 nights/5 days stay. This included even those at the restaurant for breakfast, who were quick to usher their guests to their tables, and to promptly serve the desired beverage. Breakfast was sumptuous with a good variety of choices from Western to Chinese, and even Japanese. My room was always cleaned as soon as I left for breakfast and this made it pleasant to return to the room, to plan the outings for the day. The subway, which was within walking distance helped with getting around Beijing without the hassle of being caught up in the horrific traffic which seems to be a common feature of this city. This was truly a spendid trip staying at this gem of a hotel that I had even contemplated extending my stay for another 2 nights. However, duty beckoned me to check out to return to work. I look forward to returning to this hotel once more should the opportunity present itself and I'm hoping that it'll be sooner too!
