Hotel berhampiran Shijiecheng Commercial Street, Beijing

I’m a foreigner & recently stayed at this hotel. The location is superb, with a supermarket, shops, and various dining options nearby. The setup is like an Airbnb apartment with basic amenities and no daily housekeeping but maybe it could be arranged upon request. Their level of service was exceptional. They were always available and willing to attend to any request promptly. Our TV was broken, they immediately swapped it out for a working one, which was impressive and greatly appreciated. I would give them a solid 5-star rating for their efficiency and dedication to guest satisfaction. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its prompt service and convenient location.

酒店的設施非常齊全，在北京住了好幾天了，服務非常的專業，房間裏的細節處理的特別好。乾淨清爽，氛圍燈很喜歡，像在家裡一樣。（特別是前台的服務，超級棒、特別好、很親切，總之感覺一切都好。在寒冷的北京城 這是一個有温度的地方…以後出差會再來這家酒店。）

Received the recommendation from a friend and we were definitely not dissatisfied. Chose to stay two nights for our wedding anniversary and it was absolutely worth it. Great service, great food, beautiful decoration and amazing location. They have a table filled with candy for you to take from any time you want - do I need to say more? The room had a massage chair and a couple of cool extra tech things like a plastic pistol that turns off the lamp next to your bed.. Staff were super friendly, helpful and a pleasure to talk to. Tip - get the room with a balcony - it’s fantastic. Thanks Eclat for a great stay. Hope to visit again soon!

The breakfast is very simple and a lot of things like chicken nuggets are cold and the coffee is not tasty. Also the plates were not cleanly washed. The room itself is nice for the price! Only thing which is annoying is that the mirror has a button which shines bright in the night time and cannot be turned off. I love the area and many locations in CBD are are easy to reach. The staff has trouble to issue a Fapiao and receipt, it took many loops to ask them until they sent me what I needed via WeChat. Other hotels can just print everything out at the reception directly!

Pengurus YaMi sangat sopan dan ramah, dia menunggu kami tiba dari lapangan terbang, sudah lewat tengah malam, hanya untuk menunjukkan kami ke bilik kami. Lelaki lain dalam pasukan itu juga sangat membantu dan malah berusaha keras mencari bungkusan saya dari rumah pengawal ke bangunan di mana hotel terletak untuk memastikan bahawa saya mempunyai semua bungkusan saya di tangan saya. Saya tidak menjangkakan bantuan ikhlas seperti itu, usaha itu di atas dan di luar perkhidmatan pelanggan asas. Bilik kami bersih, dilengkapi dengan bar mini percuma dan dilengkapi dengan pengering rambut Dyson yang merupakan kemudahan yang sangat baik kerana saya mempunyai rambut tebal yang panjang. Hotel ini terletak di kawasan kedutaan yang tenang, dikelilingi oleh banyak kedai makan dari makanan tempatan Beijing hingga masakan antarabangsa. Restoran di bawah menyajikan itik peking yang enak, mempunyai suasana yang hebat dan tidak perlu beratur. Pengangkutan oleh DiDi sangat mudah. Saya akan menilai lebih jika aplikasi ini membenarkan 🤣🤣🤣

We love this hotel for the location and the size of the room. The place is very luxurious but one thing that can be improved is the temperature for the rooms. They over used the heater and we had to ask to lower it. It still felt too warm. We asked them to open the room window but still it was too hot. The breakfast was very good with some room for improvement. The buffet looked cramped in an area of the restaurant. The location of some of the items wasn’t the most strategically. For instance, to grab some fruit you have to be practically on top of other items of the salad bar. People could literally breath on top of the food. Overall this hotel is great but it needs a major upgrade in the rooms and the wet area of the gym/pool. The showers there need some work. The steam room wasn’t working. Only the dry sauna worked. It need better cleaning as well

Our family of 6 stayed at the Kerry Hotel for 2 nights during our time in Beijing in two Deluxe King Rooms that were connected. The hotel is beautiful and in an excellent location, connected to the mall and indoor walkways so you can keep warm during the cold winter months. Overall, we had a good stay and would recommend this hotel to others. Pros: - high end beautiful hotel and good looking rooms/bathrooms - the kerry bakery is right beside the lobby, offering good price coffee/lattes/pasties/western and chinese breakfast options at an affordable price - the optional buffet breakfast has a good selection and is very nice as well, though for the price, i would prefer having breakfast at the Kerry Bakery instead - has a swimming pool which we didn't have time to try - very clean hotel; housekeeping is very diligent - provides ample water in rooms for hotel guests - toilet seats are high end, Heated and has an auto flush system Cons: - the hotel website advertises that they have an indoor playroom for children which was a big reason for me wanting to book this hotel. However, upon checking in, we find out this indoor playroom is in fact Not part of the hotel, but runs independently inside of the adjacent mall and is not included with your stay at the hotel. You have to pay to use it. This is not made clear at all on the Kerry Hotel Webpage and they advertise this playroom as part of their gallery on their website, leading customers like me to think the playroom is part of the hotel, like the swimming pool. No where on the website states this play area is not a part of the hotel or that it needs to be paid for. I found this false advertising very misleading, so deducted a star from the Facilities rating - Beds were unfortunately only mediocre in my opinion. I found their pillows lack support and i had some stiff neck when waking up. Their mattresses could be better too- it was...okay...i rate it a B or C+

Short ride to Forbidden City and other attractions. Room quite spacious and comfortable. Front desk service was okay at its hotel standard. Close to many supermarkets and eateries. We enjoyed our stays.
