Hotel berhampiran Tian'anmen Square, Beijing

Good location, can say that it’s located in the middle of everything. We can stay in just one place for all the tourist attractions the we plan to go. Because it close to line 1 and line 8 of the metro. You can walk to the metro with in 2 blocks away only less than 10 mins. You also can walk to wang fu jing easily, many foods and shopping malls, also can walk to the forbidden city, also close to the tour bus to the great wall. The room also quite clean, free snack and drinks in the fridge everyday, you can late check out and also can leave your luggage with the hotel they have self service locker for your luggage. But in winter season suggest to book the room with window otherwise too hot due to the heater. Staff are friendly and try to speak english with us. :) But just one thing that there’s always smell of food but maybe because we are on the second floor.

The room is good dan can get free mineral water unlimited. The location is very neat to metro subway

I have generally only good things to say about my experience. The incredible upgrade from 2 rooms to an apartment was great. Breakfast buffet was included in my rate of choice, and it has one of the most amazing breakfast spreads I have seen. Location was already central and walkable mostly in mall to 2 adjacent MRT stations accessing 3 key MRT lines. I can only share one photo of 1 of the bedrooms, as the other room and my living room had my family inside. They even have fruit basket for me. My main minor gripe was that I wish they could also have provided disposable face masks that we then had to find ourselves. Face masks could help with the cold of winter that we underestimated. But all in all, it was really a great experience at Hyatt. Full marks !

Need to compliment the service staffs here, very helpful and kind, especially Ms Su. She helped us double check our train tickets. We didn't have local number so the staffs also help to use their personal phone to do food ordering for us. We have some parcels sent to the hotel and had some issues, the frontdesk also help to talk to logistic people to arrange them to resend the correct item. All in all I will come back just for the service staffs. Located near train station which is nearby alot of attractions.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the metro, making it easy to explore the heart of Beijing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with directions and recommendations. My room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet, which offered a mix of local and international dishes.

The location of the hotel was great - it was near the Wangfujing shopping district, and walking distance to numerous public transport options. However, the housekeeping team was not thorough - there were often clumps of hair lying in the room (we even found someone’s used contact lens) and it was as if they just gathered the dust / dirt together and left it there. The plumbing in the hotel is weak, and the smell of sewage lingers in the toilet. The hotel was otherwise cozy and the reception staff were also helpful.

Kami memilih sebuah hotel di tengah-tengah, sedekat mungkin dengan Dataran Tiananmen dan Kota Larangan. Kami bercadang untuk tinggal di Beijing selama 3 malam 4 hari. Lokasi. Dataran itu terletak 1 stesen metro dari laluan burgundy (laluan 1) dan dengan 1 pertukaran jika anda turun di laluan biru (laluan 4). Hotel ini boleh dikatakan dari pintu ke pintu dengan pusat membeli-belah Joy City dan 2-3 pusat membeli-belah besar yang lain. Secara amnya, anda boleh membeli-belah sepuas hati anda dengan banyak wang, walaupun terdapat barangan berkualiti dan jenama pada tahap yang berbeza. Terdapat banyak kafe di dalam pusat membeli-belah ini, + di sepanjang jalan terdapat restoran untuk setiap bajet. Anda pasti tidak akan kelaparan. Memandangkan hotel ini meletakkan dirinya di Trip.com sebagai 5* dan kos setiap malam hampir sama seperti di Hilton, adalah mengejutkan bahawa terdapat hampir kekurangan pengetahuan bahasa Inggeris di kaunter penerimaan tetamu. Tetapi ini tidak begitu buruk, kerana ternyata, hotel tidak menerima pembayaran dengan kad VISA dan MASTERCARD (bukan dari bank Rusia). Hanya kad Union Pay (termasuk bank Rusia, mereka menerimanya daripada Primsotsbank). Kami tiba lebih awal daripada waktu rasmi untuk daftar masuk. By the way, sekarang pukul 14:00. Adakah anda fikir mereka akan memberitahu anda tentang perkara ini? Trip.com tidak melaporkan perkara ini, begitu juga hotel, jika anda cuba mengetahuinya terlebih dahulu. Nice to find a hotel that offers family room for 4 in a single room - I guess in China it’s still rare for there to be more than 1 child in a family! The room was a good size with a very comfortable super king bed that fits 3 persons and an additional single bed. Bathroom was big with bath and separate rain shower. Bar was closed (for good??). Annoying as we had family who came to visit and wanted to have a drink together that isn’t just wine. At least offer some beer in your restaurant if the bar is closed. Breakfast was vast, lots of choice. But for the price I would expect better包子 and 油条. Felt like they came from a packet, not freshly made. I can get so much better on a street cart for less than £1, so very disappointing that a five star hotel cannot make decent Chinese staples. I would say the 豆腐脑, and 葱花饼 was lovely, and I stuck with this for the duration of the stay.
