Hotel berhampiran Yunqishi Zhenbao Garden Commercial Street, Beijing

The hotel is in closed to the Beijing Railway Station West. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was hot and good quality with a reasonable variety of Chinese and Western styles. However, the bathroom had a bad, irritating smell from the sewer pipes, especially when the room temperature is warm. The water in the bathroom sink flew slowly and even stopped going down to the sewer pipe. I had to close the bathroom room all the time in order to avoid the rotten and stinky smells coming out of the bathroom. Another drawback is that there is no way to turn on the air conditioning, regardless of how hot the room is. The staff explained that the HVAC is centralized and cannot be controlled independently. That makes the stinky smell in the warm room temperature more intolerable.

If I did not know better, I would suggest there is a scam going on at this hotel . . . . I booked a room with Lake View, High Floor (11 - 26), 32m² size - Upon checking in to the hotel, I was told that my requested room type was not available but as compensation, they had upgraded me - Good news 👍 I go to the upgraded room - Low floor, city view, small room - Certainly not an upgrade! I immediately went to reception and expressed my concerns about this room upgrade and was advised that all of sudden, without expectation, my requested room type was now available - Amazing! The hotel is very ostentatious, but it is really just for show and has little substance behind it, as it is a shambles - The room quality is poor for a hotel with such grand ideals - Poorly maintained, worn and regarding some of the technology, outdated, The worst was breakfast - Absolute carnage as there was no organisation or control of breakfast diners by the staff - They allowed customers into the dining room even when there was no space for them, and this results in people wandering around with food looking for somewhere to sit. Tables were not cleared promptly, food serving areas were not tidied or cleared promptly either - To make it worse, parents allowed there children to 'play' with the coffee machines, which meant that customers had to wait - Again, staff did nothing to prevent the children playing. If you intend to stay at this hotel my recommendations are - 1. Make sure you get the room you have booked and pay for 2. Inspect the room before accepting 3. Go to breakfast either early or late to avoid the carnage Location is just OK - Nothing within walking distance, but a short taxi ride away There are many, many better quality and better value places to stay in Beijing than this hotel . . . . .

Kami memilih sebuah hotel di tengah-tengah, sedekat mungkin dengan Dataran Tiananmen dan Kota Larangan. Kami bercadang untuk tinggal di Beijing selama 3 malam 4 hari. Lokasi. Dataran itu terletak 1 stesen metro dari laluan burgundy (laluan 1) dan dengan 1 pertukaran jika anda turun di laluan biru (laluan 4). Hotel ini boleh dikatakan dari pintu ke pintu dengan pusat membeli-belah Joy City dan 2-3 pusat membeli-belah besar yang lain. Secara amnya, anda boleh membeli-belah sepuas hati anda dengan banyak wang, walaupun terdapat barangan berkualiti dan jenama pada tahap yang berbeza. Terdapat banyak kafe di dalam pusat membeli-belah ini, + di sepanjang jalan terdapat restoran untuk setiap bajet. Anda pasti tidak akan kelaparan. Ia mengambil masa kira-kira sejam untuk sampai ke hotel dengan teksi dari lapangan terbang Capital PEK. Dari hotel juga hampir sejam dari Lapangan Terbang Daxin. Perkhidmatan. Semuanya rumit di sini. Memandangkan hotel ini meletakkan dirinya di Trip.com sebagai 5* dan kos setiap malam hampir sama seperti di Hilton, adalah mengejutkan bahawa terdapat hampir kekurangan pengetahuan bahasa Inggeris di kaunter penerimaan tetamu. Tetapi ini tidak begitu buruk, kerana ternyata, hotel tidak menerima pembayaran dengan kad VISA dan MASTERCARD (bukan dari bank Rusia). Hanya kad Union Pay (termasuk bank Rusia, mereka menerimanya daripada Primsotsbank). Kami tiba lebih awal daripada waktu rasmi untuk daftar masuk. By the way, sekarang pukul 14:00. Kami tiba pada pukul 12:30. Bilik-bilik tidak siap. Tetapi mereka mula memprosesnya. Ia mengambil masa kira-kira sejam untuk bersiap. Kami telah menempah 4 bilik. 3 daripada mereka menempah satu tempahan, 1 yang berasingan. Akhirnya, semuanya bercampur aduk untuk kami. Kami cuba untuk masa yang lama untuk mengetahui, melalui penterjemah Rusia-Cina pada telefon di seluruh dunia, di mana nombornya adalah (kerana dua diperlukan untuk bujang, dua untuk pasangan), tetapi kami hanya diberi 4 pasang kad kunci. Anda akan memikirkannya sendiri. + Terdapat kekacauan dengan bilangan sarapan berbayar. Kita perlu menyemak. Seterusnya, kejutan ialah deposit wajib sebanyak 500 yuan bagi setiap bilik. Jika anda tidak mengetahui sarapan pagi (contohnya, seperti dalam kes kami, 2 orang tinggal di salah satu bilik dengan tempahan berkongsi, tetapi semasa memesan mereka tidak memilih tepat 2 sarapan, tetapi hanya sarapan, seperti yang mereka lakukan di negara lain), maka sarapan untuk orang kedua akan dicaj daripada deposit anda. Sememangnya, mereka tidak akan memberi amaran kepada anda tentang perkara ini. Serta fakta bahawa semasa membuat tempahan di Trip.com, ia menunjukkan bahawa hotel menyediakan daftar keluar lewat secara percuma. Sebenarnya, inilah sebab kami memilih hotel ini, kerana... Bertolak ke Rusia pada 01:55 pagi. Tetapi ternyata daftar keluar lewat bukanlah pada pukul 12:00 (seperti kebiasaannya), tetapi pada pukul 14:00. Jika anda bercadang untuk mendaftar keluar kemudian, peraturan berikut dikenakan: daftar keluar sebelum jam 18:00 anda akan dikenakan bayaran tambahan sebanyak 50% daripada kos hari itu, selepas jam 18:00 pembayaran penuh untuk hari tersebut. Adakah anda fikir mereka akan memberitahu anda tentang perkara ini? Trip.com tidak melaporkan perkara ini, begitu juga hotel, jika anda cuba mengetahuinya terlebih dahulu. Anda akan mengetahui sama ada apabila anda mendaftar keluar, atau jika anda bertanya soalan secara langsung. Kami tahu kerana kami bertanya. Satu lagi kejutan ialah Wi-Fi. Terdapat satu kata laluan dan log masuk untuk semua bilik, yang mereka tahu di kaunter penyambut tetamu, tetapi mereka tidak akan memberitahu anda apabila anda mendaftar masuk (semata-mata kerana mereka tidak tahu bahasa Inggeris, sukar untuk mendaftarkan anda dan menjawab soalan lain). Dan sistem akan cuba mendaftarkan anda menggunakan nombor telefon Cina, dan walaupun anda mempunyai satu, ia akan gagal. Ia juga tidak akan mendaftar mengikut nombor bilik. Anda perlu pergi ke kaunter penyambut tetamu dan ketahui bahawa di ruangan bilik/log masuk kami menunjukkan 1637, kata laluan 1637. Menjelang jam 14:00 hanya 3 bilik telah diduduki. Saya tidak bersedia. Menjelang jam 2:30 petang bilik itu masih belum dibersihkan. Saya marah kerana saya menunggu lebih lama daripada waktu daftar masuk rasmi dan jika ia begitu bersepah, tukarlah nombor. Mereka memberi saya nombor lain. Untuk meringkaskan, hotel itu sendiri tidak buruk. Tetapi ia tidak bernilai wang untuk sehari dan penilaian di tripcom. Kesukaran komunikasi akan menyebabkan kekeliruan dan kesakitan. Walaupun pada hakikatnya kakitangan cuba membantu, tetapi secara jujur, mereka tidak tahu bagaimana, kerana mereka tidak faham. Jika tidak, semuanya agak normal di sana. Bilik-bilik bersih, terang, dibersihkan setiap hari, terdapat jubah mandi, selipar, peti keselamatan, dan bekalan teh. Sarapan pagi sangat lazat dan pelbagai; dari 6:30 hingga 10:00. Terdapat gim dan kolam renang (tempat kanak-kanak berenang, jadi dari makan tengah hari ia penuh dengan kanak-kanak dan ibu bapa mereka di ruang menunggu di belakang kaca). Restoran di tingkat 8. Terdapat menu yang sangat besar, tetapi dalam bahasa Cina dan terdapat menu yang terhad dalam bahasa Inggeris.

Sesiapa yang suka makan makanan jalanan, makanan tempatan Syorkan tempat ini. 🚊Berdekatan stesen Zhushikou line 8, Exit A, 220 meter berjalan kaki dari stesen. 🍲Hotel ini di pintu masuk ke Jalan Qianmen Anda boleh berjalan melalui lorong Jalan Qianmen ke jalan selari Terdapat banyak kedai beras tempatan yang menjual dari pagi hingga petang, harga yang murah. 🏢Bilik boleh melaraskan sendiri penghawa dingin. (Menginap pada 12-16 Apr) Kami menempah bilik tanpa tingkap. Tetapi saya tidak berasa tidak selesa langsung. 🏢Hotel ini menyediakan 2 botol air minuman dan 2 tin minuman ringan setiap hari. 🏢Di penerimaan tetamu terdapat teh jujube disediakan sepanjang hari. 🏢Dari jam 22:00-23:00 terdapat snek lewat malam dihidangkan. (Tetapi saya belum mencubanya lagi. Kenyang, balik hotel setiap hari Jadi saya tidak boleh memakannya.) 🏢Ada mesin basuh dan pengering disediakan. (Tetapi saya belum mencuba menggunakannya lagi.)

- location is quite good. ~7 mins walk from the metro station. many restaurants along the street. right down below the hotel there is a 24/7 convenience store. - room is very spacious and the bunkbeds are comfortable. there are also lockers in the room for each guest. - the shower and washrooms are separated and both located in the room. not sure if this is a pro or con because that means you can hear people showering, flushing the toilets.  - there is also a common area in the basement that all guests in the hotel can use. however the TV doesn't work and the set up isn't really for you to socialise with others.  

We as a family of four with two 7yo who visit China for the first time love this stay very much. One thing we love is its proximity to main tourist sites like Tiananmen Sq, Forbidden City, Wangfujing, and Temple of Heaven, etc. The service is top-notched. Every staff member is friendly and would proactively offer assistance. The Meituan delivery lockers are in the secure place indoor. Love it. The hotel is one of a kind, like a museum. Make sure you spend sometime tour around. Some of the art pieces are better than the ones in actual museum.

Good location, can say that it’s located in the middle of everything. We can stay in just one place for all the tourist attractions the we plan to go. Because it close to line 1 and line 8 of the metro. You can walk to the metro with in 2 blocks away only less than 10 mins. You also can walk to wang fu jing easily, many foods and shopping malls, also can walk to the forbidden city, also close to the tour bus to the great wall. The room also quite clean, free snack and drinks in the fridge everyday, you can late check out and also can leave your luggage with the hotel they have self service locker for your luggage. But in winter season suggest to book the room with window otherwise too hot due to the heater. Staff are friendly and try to speak english with us. :) But just one thing that there’s always smell of food but maybe because we are on the second floor.

Bukan sahaja tandas diperbuat daripada kaca, ia juga tidak mempunyai pintu :) sudah tentu kita tidak boleh memikirkannya. Tetapi secara keseluruhan hotel ini sangat baik, perkhidmatannya sangat baik, kakitangan adalah yang paling mesra di China! Bahagian atas bumbung adalah ruang yang bagus untuk berehat dan menjamu selera. Terdapat mesin basuh, kopi percuma, popcorn, aiskrim dan pisang. Sarapan adalah gred C. Lebih mudah untuk memesan di Meituan.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently stayed at Madison, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. What truly stood out was the breakfast buffet—delicious and diverse options that catered to all tastes! Additionally, the location couldn't be better; it's conveniently situated near popular attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, my stay at Madison is was fantastic, and I will definitely be returning on my next visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great experience!

Need to compliment the service staffs here, very helpful and kind, especially Ms Su. She helped us double check our train tickets. We didn't have local number so the staffs also help to use their personal phone to do food ordering for us. We have some parcels sent to the hotel and had some issues, the frontdesk also help to talk to logistic people to arrange them to resend the correct item. All in all I will come back just for the service staffs. Located near train station which is nearby alot of attractions.
