Ulasan Hamra Urban Gardens

One of the worst experience. I usually use trip.com for booking and they are really good for hotels booking while their ratings reflect the realty usually. I don’t know why this hotel is rated much better than the realty. Not recommended at any case

Das Hotel ist super Zentral und Sauber. Das Restaurant ist Super und die Atmosphäre ist richtig Cool.

الفندق يعتير من افضل فنادق الحمرا بدايه من موظفي الاستقبال الوديدين جدا الاستاذ حسام واستقباله الرائع والمطعم والكافيه اكتشفت انه من احسن المطاعم في منطقه الحمرا وله باب خارجي لغير المقيمين قرب الفندق من الكورنيش نظافه الغرفه شي جميل ومريح

All you need can be found at hotel if u don’t feel like going out but location is great and staff very friendly. Relaxing affodable convenient

Very cozy place near everything great accommodation with reasonable price and very friendly staff used to go there more than 7 times last 2 years only also em nazeh restaurant serve the most delicious food ever and every weekend there is band which make the night is different

I stayed at the urban garden for 5 nights in a bunk bed in the ladies only dorm. The whole place is absolutly spotless, well kept and cared for. Well done to the cleaning team, not easy job and they doing it great! The bed was super confy and the shower with good pressure and very hot. Every evening i would find fresh tea and typical sweets in the common area which i believe came from the hostel. Nice touch! The restaurant is lively and to my surprise food was excellent and not overpriced. All staff including cleaning staff had a very good to perfect english. At the reception which is the first point of connection between a guest and the business i met Houssam, what can i say. Extremelly professionally, easy to talk to, very accomodating and above all he cared. He cared abt the clients and about his work - a rare thing these days. I must add that all staff at reception were great and very helpful but Houssam had to be mentioned for the honest care i felt. Absolutly incredible person and worker.

It was very nice experience in HUG Hotel.calm hotel and kind housekeepers and receptionists especially smily and happy Mahmoud and Houssam and wissam.there is smoking area and caffe and restaurant.also there is microwave and gaz in each floor. All respect and thanks for all employees. Definitely We will be back again with my best regards.. IBTISSAM AND HANAN SUKAR

Absolutely love the urban vibe of this hotel, stayed in the standard single for five nights and the dorm for one night. Ali and Wissam at the reception are exceptional friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. The location is excellent, easy walk to restaurants and places of interest. For the adventurers there are also many buses to take to other parts of town.

I love that place, and it vibes. I love how the staff they are super friendly and welcoming big thanks to Housam & Ali for their great services they always make sure I'm satisfied Everything about this place is so convenient every time I plan to stay 2 or 3 days I end up staying 10 days

I have stayed at this hotel at several occasions and I will go back here as soon as I can. Urban Gardens is not just another hotel, this feel like home for me. The atmosphere here is great. The rooms are big, modern and very clean. The restaurant on the second floor probable serves some ot the best lebanese food in Beirut. Friday and Saturday nights in the restaurant are really wild, great live music and people dancing between the tables, on the tables and just everywhere. This is the ultimate middle east experience. The roof top pool and bar is just a small paradise in the very hectic city. They also serve food up there and tha staff is extremely friendly. I travel more then 200 days a year, but few places have given me the same kick as Urban Gardens.

I love The Hamra Urban Gardens Hotel! The first time I stayed here was in 2017 and I stayed for four months. It was my first time in Lebanon and living here at the Hotel was a great experience because of the energy of the space, the location being central in Hamra and all the beautiful people this place attracts both staff and fellow travellers. I recommend you stay here if you are visiting Beirut!
