"I do not recommend it to anybody. Front desk stuff very disrespectful and room service very slow. You order sth you got the next day. I ordered an extra bed in the morning after paying 30$ for it it was send at 12 am and the bed was awful and mattress was very dirty. An experience i do not advice anybody to explore."

"The hotel is beautiful, clean and the location is very central. However the indoor pool in the spa was being emptied in the middle of the day when we tried to use it. Service around the outdoor pool was bit slack for the prices you are paying. However the biggest problem was parking. Felt like we were being taken on a ride, we were told that a full day parking was $25 which we paid, despite the fact that is a really extortinate price for the area, however at the end of our stay we were told that the $25 covers 8 hours only so we were charged twice and extra $9 for an additional three hours stay. So in total we paid $59 for around 20hours of parking which sounds extreme, not to mention the rude way we’re asked to pay. It was the experience I was hoping for, I am unlikely to go back, which is a shame because it is such a historical and beautiful hotel."

"One of the most disappointing experiences: We had booked a honeymoon suite a month in advance, but when we arrived, there were two separate beds in the room. Reason: hotel is fully booked!! The honeymoon package promised flowers in the room, but we found dried flowers on the bed, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. The orange juice was not fresh, and the cake was far from being good quality. Getting toothpaste was a constant struggle as it was frequently out of stock, and first time we did get it, it was dry. The air conditioning in the room was not working. The room's carpet was not properly cleaned. Some of the staff were unfriendly. There were frequent power outages during the day and night. When the electricity came back on, the room lights would turn on, forcing us to wake up to turn them off. Surprisingly, the hotel didn't have a generator like other hotels. TV channels would go off for couple hours, twice a day. The restaurant doubled as a smoking area, leaving non-smokers with no choice but to sit outside on uncomfortable bar chairs. Even if there were available tables outside, we needed special permission, and the waiter would continually remind us of their "kindness" in allowing us to sit there. Coffee during breakfast would mysteriously disappear with the explanation of being "out of stock," catching us by surprise with no prior notice. The only redeeming quality was the view!"

Service, cleanliness, location, professionalism, friendliness, welcome, value for money, view, room, amenities, you name it!! Let alone the romantic touch and additions we were surprised to see as soon as we stepped into our room! Can’t thank le Royal management and staff enough for the amazing and memorable honeymoon experience they secured we cherish for years to come! EPIC, ICONIC, MARVELOUS, and still unable to express enough!! Couldn’t have dreamt of more for such a special occasion! My husband and I sincerely thank you!! Keep up the AMAZING job you do! Tucked away on side street cul de sac so quiet , all you gotta do is walk a few steps and you’re in midst of all the great areas to explore. No noise since the hotel is tucked away . I just liked how I can walk out and bam, I’m where I wanna be. I enjoyed the breakfast, quite calm peaceful and good. Didn’t try restaurant other than breakfast though but I’m sure is good. Room quiet and clean. I had low floor because don’t like elevators. Slept well, think this is ideal location"

"forgot a bag at the lobby and proceeded to call the reception asking for it and they said it wasn't there, but my gut said otherwise and so i went the next day just to find out the valet kept it with him? it had very sensitive papers and everything i needed and they just kept it? what type of policy is this😂😂😂? absolute joke of a hotel and don't get me started with the management especial;y the security one you have been warned do not come this if you have a specific amount you want to spend, these people will scam you somehow"
