Perkhidmatan yang luar biasa, hotel bersih, bilik besar dan terawat dengan baik. Lokasi yang sesuai di tengah-tengah Beirut berhampiran dengan banyak tarikan. Sangat disyorkan pengurusan dan kakitangan yang hebat.

Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Everything looked really new when we were there. We stayed in the spacious room and nicely decorated. Really nice breakfast spread. There are few shops nearby. Other than the busy road, it was great.

Not suggested to stay at this hotel So many bars nearby with big noisy sound , I would like to change to another room , the reception told me it would be better tomorrow or following days , not very friendly to our Chinese , I would not not stay at this hotel any more !

موظفة الاستقبال تعاملها سيء جدا جدا she is very aggressive لا تحترم الزبون وقد تركت الفندق بسببها ولا انصح احد بهذا الفندق . الموظفة لم تحترمني وعندما قررت المغادرة لم تعتذر ولم تبالي وقالت لي انها المسؤولة ، لا اعتقد انها مناسبة لوظيفة الفندقة ،

Friendly staff and very helpful. Good value. Couch and sofa in the room are well used and need deep cleaning. Otherwise, I had a good stay at Gem Hotel.

The best hotel ever! In the best area of the town, Hamra where there is excellents restaurants and bars. Good atmosphere! The staff is so kind, taking care of you ans always smiling. They offered me an upgrade for my room so I get the suite with my own full kitchen and salon. Very confortable and clean. The wifi is perfect and the free breakfast is delicious. I really recommended this place if you wanna relax and visit Beirut.

This was my another stay at Gems Beirut. I like Hamra location and always enjoy the hotel is located in the heart of that district. There are many restaurants bars and shops around making this hotel a good spot.I needed to amend slightly my reservation and the hotel staff was very much helpful and friendly to address my issue. It was my second stay at the Gems in Beirut. The staff is always very helpful and ready to assist with any cases. I received a specious room which was great and everything was ready for me even though I arrived a little bit earlier. The hotel has great location, the AC works very well as well as Wi-Fi which is important. I highly recommend this property while visiting Beirut.

Location, reception, conceirge ,furniture the best Its my first time in lebanon , we booked via travel agent. The hotel location is very good downtown near to market, shops, coffees. Lobby furniture is very comfortable. Lebanon delicate breakfast with fayrouz songs. I would like yo thanks alot alot Mr Rayan from the reception begining of the stat till the end he is so nice and helpful and smiley funny usual. Same to Ms Layal i met her last day &Mr Ahmed Aloush , all conceirge tema abdullah and others very nice and helpful. I remarked the hotel smell when i entered very nice . If anything nee to be motivated towels rooms, linen doves quality inn rooms reception bathroom need yo be focus on it usual . Thank you again Jailane
