بصراحة توجد مشاكل في النظافة في الغرف لم تكن ذو رائحة زكية يوجد بعض البعوض في الحمامات المناشف قديمة يوجد تغيير بين حين واخرى بالموظفين فقط القليل من القدامة كل سفرة سياحة او عمل او علاج موظفين جدد بعض الموظفين يشتكون لنا على المعيشة في لبنان وهذا سيء جداً

excellent hotel with roof pool amazing services.... perfect location the is close to everything. clean rooms with good housekeeping service...this was not my first time at this hotel, but this trip was more impressed with the service and felt like they deserve a review and the truth to be said!!

The Gefinor Rotana Hotel is located in a beautiful district of Beirut and is also close to the most important areas of the capital. I personally call the Gefinor Rotana Hotel my Middle East‘s: “Home-Away-from-Home”. There are many, many reasons for this positive accolade. Such as: On each stay the warm greeting of each hotel employee is always given to me. From the hotels doorman to the full Front Desk Reception Team, there is always a warm and kind greeting. On each stay the management team tries to provide me with a room upgrade to a Sea View Suite. And each time I use the Olive Garden Restaurant of the Moodz Lounge I hear from the staff: “Welcome back Mr. Webber”. The rooms at the Gefinor Rotana are large and clean. And no matter what meal you enjoy at the hotel each is simply fantastic and flavorsome. They have just started to have an automatic: “Turn Down Service”. I the past you needed to call housekeeping. Just another positive point in maintaining their five star service to exceed ones expectations. Also, the Gefinor Rotana is, in my humble opinion, The Best Five Star Hotel in all of Beirut. So, trust me, if you want to enjoy the best five-star hotel in Beirut, you must book a room at the Gefinor Rotana in the Hamarah District of Beirut, trust me you will not be sorry.

This hotel is exceptional. The pool and the stunning views of the Mediterranean alone make it worth the stay. A short walk from the beautiful Corniche and so many local shops, cafés and restaurants situate it in the perfect location to explore Beirut. The friendly team is warm and welcoming and always go the extra mile. If you're lucky enough to have a sea view, you will never stop looking out at the horizon. Highly recommended.

The biggest draw of this hotel apart from its location, is its customer care. Everyone from the manager at the top to the cleaning staff around the pool was helpful, efficient and kind. Any issues were quickly dealt with. Plus at the buffet breakfast, you'll find the best freshly made saj manakeesh- a promising and uplifting start to each of your days.

Great experience, thank you Manager Ali and Kareem for the wonderful experience, the check in was easy and we got upgraded for free to a suite, the manager was really nice. The breakfast is nice but I ordered room service, not buffet, and the overall experience was great.
