Ela Excellence Resort Belek

The assistant service was honestly the biggest highlight. Nasrin and Merve were super helpful and went above and beyond to help us with any query and wish we had. Other then that - food great, hotel really pretty, pool and outdoor amenities great - the only down side for us was lack of energy and willingness in the staff responsible for the activities - they should be a little bit more encouraging and motivated.

I'm currently a guest at the Ela Excellence and such is my confidence in the Ela Excellence Hotel that I am writing this review early knowing that only a catastrophe would affect this review. ROOM We're staying in room 2417 on the 4th floor, which is an upgraded room with a Jacuzzi Bath. The room is spacious, modern and well stocked with a mini-bar/fridge, drinks and snack facility. The housekeeping is prompt, thorough and we're very comfortable. FACILITIES So far we've used the gym, spa/wellness area and outdoor pools and beach. The gym is a split of cardio room & resistance - you won't struggle to get your desired workout. The wellness area has all the amenities you'd expect or a luxury resort. For the beach and pool areas, It's not a scramble to secure a lounger or chair. You'll always find a place to get comfortable, relax and enjoy any of the stunning facilities they offer. We haven't come with children but we've observed plenty of child friendly facilities like the waterpark, cinema, play areas etc. Rest assured whatever type of holiday you want at Ela Excellence, you'll have all the facilities provided and in excellent condition. DINING In a word - wow. I have a prejudice against buffet dining because I often find the priority is on quantity over quality and that you cannot have both. I was wrong. The buffet area at breakfast, lunch & dinner in the Hayat is excellent. We're trying to eat a more balanced, healthy and fresh food diet and this place caters for it in abundance. We've also tried the Pattisiere, Coffee Stand, Fruit etc and we're booked into the 'La Sofa' authentic Turkish Restaurant tonight and I'm fairly optimistic that if the A La Carte dining is even half as good as the Buffet then we're in for another remarkable, culinary experience. SERVICE All of the staff are attentitive, professional and super friendly. The speed of service is incredibly quick too, I'd estimate within 5 minutes of sitting in a dinner/bar area you'll be asked for your drinks order. Upon check in we were introduced to a Personal Assistant who created a WhatsApp chat with Araz & Sebnam where we've had requests handled with staggering efficiency. We asked for a couple of small, individual milks to make a hot drink and within 10 minutes a full carton of milk was delivered to our room. My Wife had a Massage in the Wellness Area and thoroughly enjoyed the treatment. In summary - this is an excellent hotel that prides itself on delivering excellent quality with excellent service. The overall guest experience is almost flawless whether it's asking for a favour from staff of having refreshments within arms reach. The whole grounds seem to have been purposely designed with an excellent guest experience in mind. A sincere 'thank you' to all the staff & management at Ela Excellence, I hope the next 4 days are just as enjoyable.
