Ağustos sonu eylül başı gittik. Yemekleri tatlıları lezzetli idi. Muhtemelen pandemi kaynaklı çok vasat bir eğlencesi vardı. Full yabancı doluydu. Odalar koyu renk, değişik bir ambiyans. Pastanesi çok başarılı. Hizmet iyi.

Tam 10 yildir heryaz gidiyoruz.Oncelikle hizmet kalitesi cok cok iyi Ben de bir turizmciyim. Ancak son 2 senedir yabanci turist degilsen gel yada gelme onemli degilsiniz diyr dusunen bir otel. Balayima gittik evlendik hatta oglumuz bile orada buyudu resmen. Ancak son 2 yildir turistlerin rakamlarona gore artanbir fitat politikasi var. Biz dolar euro kazanmiyoruz.Bari turklere ozel bir fiyat calismasi yapin Bu sene 10 yil oldugu gibi buraya gidecektim ve bekledim okadar gec fiyatlarini acikladilar ki cogu otelde indirimi kacirdik. Eylulde ciktigimiz otele 3 kati fiyat odememiz gerekti bu yaz icin Genel mudurune yazdim,satis mudurune yazdim.Ama asla umurlarinda degil.Nezaketen donmuyorlar bile.Kisacasi euro kazanan gelsin fikrindeler.Cok yazik. 10 yildir sadakat gosteren misafiriniz olarak bukadae umursanmamak cok yazik. Artik gidemem fiyattan oturu ama bukadae umursanmadigim bir otele de zaten gitmememk en dogrusu....

Lovely family holiday with the family! I had an amazing time when I came here in September 2023. The food was great and we were upgraded to the pool rooms as my mother had stayed at the hotel before. Special thanks to Mehmet Bulut the barman who was very accommodating and always provided service with a smile. The only thing I would say is I think the additional restaurants should be included as other hotels I’ve stayed in within Turkey you did not have to pay extra for. When I have stayed in Lara beach before there were more activities around the pool during the day, where as this was a more quiet atmosphere. There was also issues with the door key, which resulted in having to go back to reception near enough every day for new keys. Turns out there was an issue with our door!

This hotel was absolutely amazing. The thought and care that went into the little details made all the difference, from the welcome champagne to the restocked complimentary minibar. There are so many members of staff working, you never have to wait too long for anything. Beautiful architecture, very clean spaces, so much choice in activity. The restaurants were outstanding and I’d like to say a special thanks to Mehmet who worked in the Turkish and Tai Pen restaurant and also Serphat who served us at the Diamond restaurant and the Dome Bar restaurant. Both looked so happy to be working there and went above and beyond for us. Small things that could be improved: Our key cards stopped working probably twice per day, which meant frequent visits back to reception. We were told they stopped if put next to a mobile but even without this they seemed to stop working continuously. I enjoyed the yoga each morning but feel the area could do with a bit of love. The tarmac was coming up off the floor which made the experience stoney. Also for what is meant to be a relaxing experience, often it was interrupted by the noise of lawn mowers or volleyball. I think if it took place in another area, this would be a massive improvement. Having said that, Lana was an incredible teacher and the equipment was top quality. All in all, we had an amazing stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place!

3rd visit here and it didn’t disappoint. A few tweaks to the Dome menu from last year and the food is still excellent. Main buffet restaurant choices are immense and of a very high standard. All staff are very friendly and service levels are high. A special mention to Nedime Sahin in the lobby bar who looked after us incredibly well every evening. Thanks Nedime. I would recommend a visit to the Spa, it really is worth it to soothe all those aches and pains away. Fabulous holiday once again. Thanks to everybody at the hotel. We shall return. Beautiful hotel with amazing amenities. Hotel is kept in pristine condition and food cannot be faulted. I would highly recommend taking advantage of the a la carte restaurants, specifically the the Steak and Mediterranean restaurants. I did encounter some problems ordering lunch at The Dome Bar, where a language barrier created some confusion. Entertainment staff really added to the great experience, notably Hassan, Madina, and Anastasia. Although, staff were amazing, activities were limited compared to my last visit, with Archery, Waterpolo and others no longer on the agenda.

This is only our 2nd full day and already would advise any non russuan traveller to avoid this hotel. Avoid this hotel as russians have free reign to do as they like. Been here 2 days and every day had russians taking over our sunbeds and interfering with our belongings and hotel management refuse to deal with situation. I have given them the opportunity to explain why british and ukrainian guests are allowed by the hotel to be terrorised by russian guests and they are too afraid to speqk to us if your happy for russians to interfere with your stuff, steal from you and generally spoil your holiday this is the hotell for you. We have come for many years 15 in total but this will be our last as in our view the hotel are no longer interested in anyone else but the russians. Such a shame as facilitiies and main staff excellent just management are inept at best.

Great resort with great staff. Aysan at guest relations was very helpful and friendly. Just some public areas of the hotel need a bit of more modern furniture. The swimming pools were great as well as the selection of food. Overall a great stay.

Very good meal and nice employed. I eat a nice beef steak. Everything was wonderfull. Serhat Azun was a very nice waiter. The chef was also very good Burak chef and olso Serhat good service. Also Bubble Restaurant was very clean and nice music înșine.
