真的很好很乾凈

掛牌五星酒店，房間不多，但乾淨整潔，房間整體也較大，服務員熱情主動，態度好，距離貝倫區3大景點很近，步行即可。唯一需要改進的是早餐略微簡單了一點，可能與房間不多，無法入住很多客人有關。

A beautiful hotel within walking distance of the many attractions in the Belem district of Lisbon. Lots of great restaurants around the area. Very safe neighborhood and people were very friendly.

Room and room service where great but restaurant was bad: food was expensive but so-so, and super-slow to be brought to the table, just kept waiting.

Overall, it was an excellent stay. If I visit Lisbon someday, I will choose this hotel once more. I recommend this hotel strongly.

説是最好的房間，但是房間在底層。下水泛着臭味，淋浴間下水極慢，淋雨時很噁心，空調毫無作用。服務人員隨便推門進入，發現有人，也不即時把門關上。真的很差，行李員也沒有配備，要看前台是否有空，才有可能幫你。

This place was so good, we stayed twice throughout our weeklong trip in Portugal. From the convenient location (literally minutes from Belem Tower) to the dining options all within walking distance….just perfection! The super friendly and helpful staff made it that much better. The rooms were modern and spacious and the beds were VERY soft and comfortable which, from the week trip we realized was rare. Hahaha We would absolutely stay again!

Hotel is great, clean, ample rooms, great breakfast, only a little hard to find because it has no signs outside, ample free parking if you have your car. Tram 15E passes in front of the hotel and takes you straight to downtown for 3 Euro, no chance to get lost. There is a good restaurant across the street, but if you go, and they offer you extra seafood as an entree, be careful, we were surprised with an Euro 380 bill for 6 big shrimps (langostinos, 1.5 Kg / 3.3 pounds, we were foolish by not asking the cost before ordering ), the rest of the meal was only around 200 Euro for 5 people including drinks.

Staff are very helpful and clean room with no noise. Location is easily accessible for everything.
